Been going to Master Shins East West Market Exchange ¥for more than 50 years. He is a great man and I enjoy speaking with him. His school has been around longer than I can remember. When I need training weapons, I can always find them there and for a good price. I highly recommend this business and Master Shin.

Place doesnt look like much from the outside or inside but each time Ive gone there they have what Im looking for

Currently it is 7/24/19 I placed an order for two books on 2/21/19 and have yet to receive them. I sent several messages on their contact us page and have heard nothing back. When I call It goes to voicemail and again no call backs. There is no reason that I should not have my order, or that I do not have a refund. I wish they would respond to my questions about my order.

I contacted East West Martial Arts Supply in February of 2018 and placed an order for an embroidered belt. I received the belt and not only was the embroidery incorrect but the belt smelled strongly of mildew. I was told by the proprietor that a new belt would be sent to me with the necessary corrections once they installed their new software on the computer used for controlling their embroidery machine. Clearly this was a stalling technique in that the replacement belt has never arrived. At this point my emails and phone calls are going unanswered. The current date is May 10th, 2018 and still not belt has been shipped. After doing research on this vendor, I have learned that others have had the similar experiences. Avoid the hassle of dealing with this disingenuous vendor and purchase from a company that will stand behind their product.
