ATA is amazing. My daughters self confidence is thriving. We love the ATA community. Come join us!
My youngest daughter have been taking Taekwondo/Karate for about 6 years and the result has been great. Not only is this physical exercise all children need, but it helps with discipline and focus. We could definitely see an improvement in her school work and attitude when she started.I can highly recommend ATA
We really are very lucky! @onelittlehippo began taking karate at the age of 4. The research behind Martial Arts for childrens, particularly girls, self-esteem is solid. Yes, I researched every activity and its efficacy before enrolling. I know it is a bit neurotic. But, in my defense, all parents want the best for their children. Now in #Chicago and age 10, Lula has taken #karate for an entire year @ATA Chicago. It is great to watch her progress again. Miss Bella, @Tacobella, Miss Maya, plus Mr.Plotnick, Mr. Beck, Mr. Wade, & Mr. Adler are all amazing instructors!! Uma, William, Addison, Benjamin, Little Maya, Allie, Alex, Will, and all the awesome students & parents rock!Since Lula is kindly testing in two weeks, and we seldom talk during the stretches, I wanted a way to creatively work on her form. I asked Miss Maya to do the form. Here is Saigon 5. If you are in Chicago and want your child to learn mindfulness and respect, while working towards the exciting goal of blackbelt, in a calming and yet rigorous manner, I highly recommend ATA Chicago! There is a location at Welles Park & Franklin Park!We were even lucky enough to see @William Hoffman earn his Black Belt, and stayed for the candle ceremony.
