Received final billing with late charges...tried to get that cleared up...to no avail. I have called their fast and convenient customer service number numerous times and never get through to anyone...this time, I managed to linger at least 15 minutes with no live assistance. I do NOT believe their customer service group is so busy or so meager that a customer must be put on hold for that long...and longer, obviously. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. Very unorganized company with poor customer service and a lack of internal communication.
