Great place to deliver to. Put us right in a door and were unloaded quickly. Lots of room to maneuver. In a quieter part of town traffic was not bad coming in.

Drivers here are correct directions to this place...you can call the automated line but it will confuse you....you need to get on cicero...either from 294 or 55...head north or south on Cicero to 79th street.. go east on 79th for about 2 miles...you need to turn left on Columbus, ( you will see a low overpass at the intersection at 79th and columbus you MUST turn left BEFORE the overpass on Columbus. If you dont, oops)...follow columbus 1 mile and entrance on the left...alot of room to manuver and back....dont bother using the call box, just proceed to dock 18 for shipping / recieving

Load and unload it this place several times a the week. As long as you have an appointment they get you in out in a timely manner. The people that are currently working here are very friendly. Theyve weeded out some of their bad apples over the past several years. I wish they would open the restroom back up to the drivers. The Porta pot sucks!

Super. Checked in at 7:00 for 8:00 am appt. Empty at 7:55.

They dont open till 0700 but they took me right away after a few calls on the phone at the gate. There is a lady and a man that delivers steak tacos around 0715 in a minivan dont ask just get. Lots of steak and the green salsa is perfect with a little tang. I gave one extra Star because of them.

I was hold up for a hour for disagreement on there policy about the pandemic and refused to unload me because I had no face mask

They wouldnt unload me because they needed another reefer trailer to transfer my freight to. Was there waiting for 5 hours.

The entire team is very efficient & helpful. Every time i visit this place, their services fascinate me. No complaints. Keep it up guys.

If delivering to 2800 Columbus, park on side of driveway and walk bills to door between 18 and 19 on right side of bldg..because if you dont you may get blocked in

Entry was out of the norm, but for the most part when the office personnel connected with me everything went fast. Hrs are 7 am to 4 pm. After that they are busy busy busy. They still unload in a orderly fashion.

Be sure to have appointment, correct pickup number. They have to handle different load. The ramp for flat trailer is very narrow.

We have been going into ITL for years loading steel, and over the past year service has been greatly improved. The employees are friendly and the facility is very clean. Great place to do business with.

They unloaded me fast, over night parking. They open at 7am use the call box to enter! Backing into some of the docks can be tricky when they are loading the flatbeds.

Guys in shipping and receiving office were great same with the order pickers

Worst experience ever had with a company in Chicago. They charged me 75$ as late fee for no reason (it was brokers mistake with the appointment). They rescheduled my appointment for the next day, and the next day it took them 2h and 40min. to unload me.

I have made quite a few deliveries here over the past few months and they are great about getting you in the door and quick about getting you unloaded. Friendly staff, good place to deliver to.

Dropped off 12 pallets on a flatbed conestoga. In and out in 20 mins. You can park their overnight.

Have to say got to say they give me a door when I got checked in . Time I pulled in and the time I pulled out 2hr . Thats not to bad .
