They lose the occasional sock but launder and fold service is awesome. Haven’t done laundry in years and this place is the reason why. I still take dress shirts and suits to a dry cleaner. But everything else gets washed by the lovely staff at soap box. Pricing is decent and you pay for convenience.

Not recommended if youre trying to stay safe from covid. I have an elderly mother that I bring to do laundry here. There was a couple folding at the table next to us with no masks on. When we told the employee she refused to enforce their mask rule. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Your typical city laundromat. Been coming here for years and while the kids running around can get annoying (parents this place isnt a playground for your children) the overall experience is pleasant.

This laundromat is horrible COVID-19 regulations people come wash clothes without wearing a mask and are not told anything. Also they always run out of paper towels and don’t stock properly for hand washing. Have outside people come and sell items without a mask as well!

Usually if you go at night you can park your car in just such a way that it doesnt get dinged up!? People usually leave you alone, and you can take your time folding your clothes, which I usually do oh, because I dont have the time to Iron in the morning!?

Bad customer service and rude people

This is the best laundromat in the city. They have the biggest washers and dryers. They are always clean and there are always employees on duty. Very well lit and great decorations for holidays. Employees should smile more, this would make them more approachable which is always good in the service industry.

Doesnt pay attention to washers that are broken

The place appears to be clean but the attendant not too friendly and seems as non English speaker. There should be signs telling parents to keep their kids quiet and not to let them run around. The attendant also should be responsible for letting parents know it is not acceptable. There are other people around, like myself, who want to enjoy their music, and even with the headphones on high I can still hear them horsing around. SMH...The temperature inside wayyy too low. Feels like in a freezer!

I used Drop off service here and lost about half my clothes and wife’s clothes. I’ve been trying to call but No answer. Lost all of my work shirts bathroom mats all gone. Service needs help

Its very clean and nice

The place is spacious which is important because it can get crowded Friday or Saturday evenings. Different size washers. Rarely you see a washer or dryer out of order. There is always working bill changer and ATM. They keep the place clean wiping the machines continuously and sweeping and mopping the floors. There is also a large parking lot next to it. I I think they are supposed to be 24hour place, I never verified it but went there late enough and stayed till past 10:00 p.m. Their decor is usually pretty garish as they decorate the ceiling with seasonal themed staffed animals and such but thats about the only negative thing about the place.

This place is cramped during the weekends, so I highly recommended doing your laundry early in the morning during opening hours on weekdays. The bathroom here is bad. There is a very limited amount of carts so chances of finding an unoccupied one are very slim during weekends.

Place was nice and quiet. Lots of machines and dryers. Even though dryers cost a quarter, they dry pretty good.

They have plenty of washing and drying machines, the place is always clean, and the price per machine is not bad. Only negative is it gets really crowded. Better to go there really early in the morning or really late at night.

Clean, efficient, most machines work and the ones that dont seem to be labeled. Helpful staff. Seemed a bit pricey at first (although I dont have a great point of reference) but I think it comes down to not being afraid to put *a lot* of clothes in that $4 or $5 washer load.

This place is 24 hours. Clean and constantly well kept. Helpful staff and you cannot run out of machines to use

Best place to do your laundry

BEWARE. I did not want to even give this establishment one star. I dropped my laundry off 22 pounds of laundry and paid them $20.31. I went to pick my laundry up at the date they designated and lo and behold they gave my laundry to some other person. In addition to that I always bring my own soap for washing purposes and they gave that to this person also. When I went there to try to find my laundry the workers there were absolutely no help at all. Please beware when you go to this place and drop your laundry off. Someone will probably steal it. Also the women were saying to me why are you so upset well if all their laundry was stolen they would be upset also but I guess they just dont care.

This is a great place. It is clean, well lit and the people are friendly. The TVs play Spanish soaps in the morning and early afternoon so if you dont understand bring an Ipod. Otherwise this is my go-to place.

Washed my clothes here and my whites ended up yellowish. My nice work shirts ended up with yellow spots on them ruined.

1. This was my first and last visit!2.Washing machines don’t work or side note you will be blamed! For their machine not putting water into the washer, mind you is what the machine is supposed to do.3. Terrible customer service started arguing with me, and was able to get a refund for the washer that didn’t work after having to yell at the lady!4. Tell me why they use the same washer I had first used and it does the same thing to them!! And I still don’t get an apology.. just s dirty look.5. Don’t come here! Go to the laundry mat by Fullerton and Meade the laundry mat is always clean machines are new and customer service is amazing and they have bigger washers!

Laundry itself is functional so pretty much ok but people that go there are very disrespectful.Last time had an argument with a puerto rican guy who was sitting on the folding table having a coffee and refusing to move.The management did nothing to fix this issue. Thats rude! Personally never going back.

People are freaking useless in this place. My money got stuck in the bill changer and no one was able to give me my money back. I was furious because I had to step out to the bank and get more money out!! Staff here never know anything... yes many machines but most of them dont work. The excuse to that is you put to much soap like Im just learning how to wash clothes... my last time here and I want my MONEY back!! The owner is also rude and is hard for him to communicate with people because he doesnt know any english...

My fav laundry mat. Just wish they had more of the biggest washing machines. And a special in the dryer since the price is a high to wash.

There are times the machines do not work like the dryer or the dryers wont heat up. And now they raised prices on machines like .50-75 cents more now lets see if they fix machines

So I went at night and there was a Polish guy who was in charge and he is very rude dont know how to speak to people he pushes your items out of the way and he was arguing with me about a parking spot I enjoy the machines and the dryers but that man piss me off and made me not want to go back and it was my first time there.
