They need to work better on Consistency with the laundry machines Some machines wash well and others dont the $4.99 machines at 47th Street location A majority of them were brokenThe big machines that are $14 do not have enough water and do not wash a full 30 minutes As it should. Its so important that you will run your machines through and make sure that they dont have a odor and that theres plenty enough water to wash The clothes in every machine in your laundromat.

The lady that is in charge of the laundromat is a wonderful Pleasant funny woman your visit will definitely be great it is very clean the washroom is clean theres no one hanging around they have are is very pleasant

Very well run. I have used this facility a number of times and have been very pleased with how the owners care about customer service. I once had a machine that didnt function well and the management jumped right on the problem to get it fixed to my satisfaction, along with two followup calls to make sure I was well taken care of- Now THAT is customer service- KUDOS to the management staff

The attendant that works here is rude. She moved all my things out of a cart so she could use it. The dryers are always broken and she always tells people how many dryers they can and can’t use but she does what she wants smh

Why is it that when you go in the black community you pay more to wash but you go in the and other culture neighborhoods their washers are cheaper, just dont understand .

Tried to wash my clothes 3 different times and the attendant told me they were closed at 7 even though the sign says 10pm.
