The owner is so rude and very unprofessional. Since I arrived he kept touching the carts that i was using and telling me what to put in the washers and what not to put as if I dont know how to do my own laundry. He was very rude and kept following my sister and I the whole time of us being there. Made us feel uncomfortable. Than he made a comment saying this is my laundry place who says that to a person thats paying for the service. I rather come when the other employee is in charge because hes very helpful respectful and doesnt follow u while u do your laundry.

I came here to get some suit jackets dry cleaned and they did a fantastic job. There was a jacket I hadn’t worn in years because a different dry cleaner couldn’t get the stains out it but these guys did a great job.

When I go I am always greeted and the man working there holds the door open for me and brings me a cart to help, great Laundromat

The guy that works on the morning, is rude trying to get in everybody business, expensive, for your best,hes trying to help better say it,aleast but as longest we pay for service shouldnt get boder.

I absolutely dislike the person who runs this place in the morning. He is rude. Constantly watching over you like you don’t know how to work a damn washing machine. Pretending to clean the top of the washers just to see what you’re washing. Over priced. Half the machines don’t work. The bathroom is nasty. I don’t usually do any reviews but today is the LAST time that I come to this place or recommend anyone to come here.

Great place! Excellent customer service. Guy helped me out to unload all my laundry bags from the car. Place is very clean! Organized! I dropped off my ugg boot and jacket to be cleaned they came out great. Attendant constantly walked around to clean the washer and dryer and helping all the customers. Looks like best laundromat in the neighborhood. They are very friendly, so whatever you need just ask them. They will help you.

I have been using this laundromat for about five years now. They are always friendly and more importantly reasonably priced! It is always nice to come in to a welcoming smile! They are family owned so it is always the father and son working. The other employees are equally helpful as well. They also have dry cleaning and mending which I have used and was also happy with. I would highly recommend them as a full service neighboorhood laundromat that aims to please!

Not only was this place more expensive than other laundromats around the area, but customer service is non existent. The man behind the counter insisted that my load was over 10 pounds. It wasnt. The worker waits until I am done washing and says next time if youre gonna go over 10 pounds use two washers thats not a way to address a customer. It was my first and last time coming here, although its convenient I wont be wasting my money and dealing with someone scolding me about how much laundry I have.

The attendant was really helpful and let me know that the machine I was about to use didn’t have hot water. He helped me get me detergent into the machine when the water stopped. I will definitely come back here!

Not sure why everyone says the employees are nice. When I first walked in, an Asian man at the desk waved me to the change machine when I needed to brake my $10. I wouldnt have even asked, except that there is a sign on the side that says to ask. So, I went in to dry my clothes after my dryer broke. I brought 3 loads of wet clothes in, and was then told by a Hispanic man that I would be charged more because my clothes were already washed. I asked if you are just supposed to put a quarter in the machine then why would I need to pay more? He said yes, that was how it worked, but he would be charging me more because I didnt need the washers. I said, so are you just going to take the extra money since the driers dont cost that much, and he said yes. I felt like he was trying to tell me, with a smile, that he wanted me to leave. Well lucky for him, I left, and I wont be back. I had 3 loads to dry, and 2 more to wash and dry. Oh well, Ill go down the road where I know they want any business that comes in.

My dryer went out. They let me take my clothes in and then told me I cant dry there. I would have had to wash and dry there this week since my dryer is out. Rude as hell. Went somewhere else and was abke to dry my clothes.

The people who work here are pretty friendly. Most likely the ones writing negative reviews citing service are coming from a unique place of privilege. Also its about average price for a laundromat.

I showed up at 9pm with one small load of laundry and although the door was open and they are open till 10pm I was told they were close. He stated they closed at 9pm. Employee was rude and couldnt apologize for the inconvenience. Please fix your hours online. It was a great inconveniences to have to walk back home with still a dirty bag of laundry. Wont be coming back.

Huge parking space. Owner and employees of the laudromat always helps me with a laundry bag with a cart. So CLEAN!! CLEAN!! The washer and dryers always clean. Owner and employees always walk around to help customer and clean the washer and dryers. Dry cleaning service is excellent and expert on alterations. Good price. Same day drop off service is excellent and reasonable price. They only use ultra tide. Ultra downy and clorox for no extra charge. The owner and employees always treat me with a respect and smiles. It has been 10 yrs, I used this laundromat. Managent, service, curtious, nice and clean. One of the best laundromat in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this J&B LAUNDROMAT.

Do NOT wash at this place if you can avoid it. The younger boy who works here is EXTREMELY unprofessional, RUDE, and is probably only working here because its a family business. They never post the hours of when the last wash is, so they wouldnt let me in, but when I asked the older man who works here he said 8:30pm is the last wash. Well, today at 7:58PM I tried to pull the door open and guess what? Rude, unprofessional little boy walks over and looks at my clothes suspiciously (as if Im going to be washing five loads), and asks me, Are you washing a lot? First of all, thats none of your business. Second of all, why is the door closed at 8pm if the last wash is supposedly at 8:30pm? Some people just HATE their jobs, are lazy, and dont want to work.

Avoi dropping your clothes off at this place at all costs, theyre shady with weighing your cloths, I weigh my laundry before i drop off and the guy add 10 pounds and wanted to charge me weigh more than what was advertised. Avoid! Avoid!
