I live in a building that has used Fermin Unzueta Janitorial Services for several years now (10+). I serve as the Rental Unit Coordinator for my building, so I have had the opportunity to work with Fermin and Maricela personally. The are both lovely people -- very friendly, responsive, and hard workers. They provide excellent service in all areas, and always follow up to make sure the work was done to your satisfaction. They are reliable and trustworthy; documenting everything, and as careful with your money as they are with their own if they have to make a purchase (and always providing receipts). I have been impressed with their dedication on many occasions, e.g. showing up in blizzard-like conditions to get work done. In addition to cleaning, shampooing, waxing and buffing, etc., Fermin is a talented handyman -- he has addressed plumbing issues, broken doorknobs, jammed windows, and other issues around our apartments. I can endorse them enthusiastically and without reservation.
