DISCRIMINATION?? YOU BE THE JUDGE C&Ws site manager at Toyotas Hebron Ky. & Blue Ash Oh. locations.Male employee exposed himself on warehouse floor. Evidence on surveillance camera. Site managers reply he protects the people he likes. Male employee doesnt follow prodacal sprays corrosive chemical all over everything on warehouse floor. Toyota employees complain of chemical reactions, takes days to clean up. Male employee admits to not following protocol. He is suspended for 3 days??? Female employee 1st offense in 7 yrs. Lit a cigarette alone in office after working 80 hrs in a week had a lapse of judgment. Same C&W Site manager had her fired!! Not suspended for first violation FIRED!! Obviously worse than exposing yourself or exposing 100s of people to a corrosive chemical????
