My experiences with Corvus award them 5 full stars. They have been professional and courteous from my first interaction with a sales representative and the detailed attentiveness and follows ups from the Co-CEO, to my current day experiences in having worked with them for over 6 months. Requests for additional cleanings after events or when a spill occurs are always promptly addressed and fully taken care of. When we moved into our new office, we noticed a smell and were unable to find the source of it for while. Corvus worked with us intently trying to find it and treat areas until finally resolved- their persistence was much appreciated and the smell is gone! We are very happy with our cleaning person, she does an excellent job! The Customer Service is outstanding. I have had to change days and what needs to be done and all I have to do is contact my Operations Manager once and it is done! My only complaint is that when I contact my OM, he will take care of my request but he doesnt respond to me that its taken care of. Very, very minor compaint.

Corvus seems to lack training on how to properly clean our facility. Submitted several complaints about not properly cleaning our bathrooms, and it never got fixed. Wanted to cancel our service but got threats for breach of contract instead. Horrible Service. Do not sign a contract with Corvus Janitorial.

We have been with Corvus 3 years now and dont plan on changing anytime soon. Corvus is reasonably priced & everyone I have dealt with there is great. Super friendly crew (Kedija), they take direction very well also, communication has never been a problem. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL SUE YOU!!! We had multiple complaints of this company - not cleaning, not vacuuming, clocking in and eating dinner before working. They just didnt clean. We tried to work with them several times but things never got better. They offered us a refund, but we just didnt want to use them anymore. Once we terminated our contract, due to their material breach of failing to provide the services, they are suing us. We are a small company that serves disabled children and they call and harass and send nasty emails. If they would put in the effort to do quality checks behind their cleaners, as they do in pursuing lawsuits, they might be successful. Other reviewers on other sites have noted that they threaten to sue them as well when they try to terminate. Once we told them we knew they did this due to other reviews, the reviews suddenly disappeared. We are also reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.

The business I work for, which is a medical setting has to be cleaned properly most people would agree that. We signed a contract with this company and we have had nothing but problems. Things arent cleaned properly and we have made complaint another complaint and yet nothing has happened. We constantly have to go back and clean up after them. We deliberately put things in places to see if its getting cleaned properly and yet its never done. Beyond upsetting.
