Scammers come to housesA skinny black girl with curly hair came to my house and signed my mom up for some energy supplier even though she only speaks Russian and is a visitor not an authorized person. the month after my light bill went up by $70 and my gas by $120 We saw the same people a few weeks later close to my aunts house so I confronted the girl as to why she had done this and she said it wasn’t her problem and that my mom should learn English or go back. I have a ring doorbell so I will post her picture on here as well
