Matt from Straight North was able to assess my business needs and after discussion he honestly told me that with the demographics Id want to reach and the money it would cost it would not be a solid investment. There are few companies out there who would have such integrity instead of taking out hundreds/thousands of dollars per month from a small business. There really isnt enough I can say about working with Straight North. 3 months into our agreement we requested to cancel our service due to the poor performance from Straight North. Once our agreement terms were met (6 months) they tried to charge us for another month. Had to put a stop payment on our bank account to get away from these guys. Dont waste your time! The sales team was great, but then from there its like flushing money down the toilet.

We reached out to them for some work. But that contract was kind of weird. They were very adamant about it and I think they overcharge you. Also heard that they dont deliver on time. Improve your service.

Over promise what they can do. Then are very hard to get a hold of once you become a customer. Total disappointment. Promised landing pages, then said we dont need them, then 6 months later said, you need landing pages, 3 months later still no landing pages...but the invoice showed up every month.

They are thorough, detailed, and completely transparent in how they proceed during an SEO project. I am being kept up to date on a regular basis regarding the next steps that are being planned and given the opportunity to provide input and feedback. At the beginning of the project, I was told very clearly what to expect during the first 4 to 6 months and by the end of the 12-month SEO project contract that I signed. After 4.5 months into the project, it is obvious that the stated targets were realistic and are being met. I interact with the Straight North team through Sara Rowles, the account manager for my project, who is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with all aspects of my experience with Straight North. I recommend their SEO services very highly.

Straight north is bunch of crooks .I reached out to them and allocated healthy budget for our SEO. I paid $9k first month and they made me sign contract for $6k every month for next six months.The kind of work they did was sub standard and my team would have to always go back and correct it .Now we not only paying them exorbitant money but wasting our time also.Needless to say our business started declining and i reached out to them in frustration fully realizing that SEO is a slow process to be told that no matter what you have contract signed for 6 month and that i have to pay them .I wrote email stating how can i pay my bills if my business is going down but they dont carei encourage people to not sign any contract with this company .They will do horrible job and hold you down to your contract .|There are much better companies out there .These guys are not adequately trained to handle anything and you wont get anything close to what you paying for
