Horrible experience!! I ordered a glass beaker from Rakuten only to find out that it was a reseller with Salon CA DBA Cuebix. The beaker took over two weeks to be delivered and was broken. After multiple emails, I had to send the beaker back to Salon CA DBA Cuebix at my expense and pay for a restocking fee! I had to send them photos of the broken beaker before they would even consider returning it. I would never order through them again nor recommend them. It cost me money to try to do business with them and I still never got what I had originally ordered. Awful customer service!!!
