Called right before they left to let us know they were on their way. Did a beautiful job on both our wool area rug, and our high pile, nylon fiber carpeting. The rug had several little spots, and all came out. Looks brand new. Couldnt be more pleased.

Everyone has been really pleased with the results. We have asked them to handle everything from post-renovation cleaning to move-in and move-out, and everything in between. We find that the company to be highly responsive, flexible and willing to work with scheduling constraints and specific requests. (For example, I am highly sensitive to smells and ask that certain common cleaning products not be used in my home. They always remember and make sure that is brought to the attention of the ladies who work for them.) The ladies are always pleasant, punctual, and hard-working. Agata, the owner, is easy to work with, quick to reply to texts and calls, and does her best to make her clients happy. I just found out that they now accept Venmo, which makes it SO much easier for me to pay them for my own home and advance costs for my clients without the need to keep paper checks for reimbursement. Very disappointed.The woman was on time.I asked her to do the bathrooms first, then dust and vacuum, then the kitchen. She asked if I wanted the refrigerator cleaned, I said only if she had time at the end.We had a language barrier, because she started cleaning the fridge right away. I said, no, please start with the bathrooms. She nodded and kept on with the fridge.I had errands to run, when I came back she told me she was done with the bathrooms could I take a look. I swiped my hand across the top of the medicine cabinet and there was a ton of dust. Im not talking about the white glove treatment here, I mean a lot of dust; clearly it hadnt been done.I have very small condo (900 square feet), and yet four hours later she was still cleaning.Very dissatisfied.
