I have been going to Lana since 2016 for powder brows. She takes her time and ensures you have the perfect shape and color before starting. During my initial consult I was so impressed with how much time she spent with me. Lana was extremely nice, cleanly, patient, caring, and visionary. It took me 4 hours to decide on a shape - I was so nervous. She pretty much nailed it on the head with her first try, but we tweaked it to my comfortable liking while still remaining balance where needed. She took her time, made me feel at ease, took pictures to show me her view, gave me mirrors for my view, let me walk around and FaceTime people for opinions. Once I got the courage to say let’s do it! She did not rush, but played with colors and showed me for approval. She was very forthcoming with her next steps and kept me in the loop to what she was about to do. She made sure I was numb before she started and checked up on me during and reapplied numbing as needed. She gave me instructions on aftercare and sent me home with materials. She was available every day and night during the aftercare to talk me through my anxiety and stages of healing. She was wonderful, and I’m so glad I went to her. I do have to make a follow up appointment to fill in some spots that didn’t take (which was communicated might happen before we even did the brows), but I’ve just been filling them in each morning and it hasn’t been an issue. It could have been a real problem since I was unaware that the redness around my lips was greater than it should have been. I mean, I’ve never done this procedure so how would I know what’s normal and what’s not? Lana saved the day! And saved me an untold amount of discomfort and extended healing time. She checked in on me all weekend long to be sure it was only a reaction to the ointment. She prompted me to do the correct things to minimize the redness and discomfort and to promote healing. Lana tattooed my eyebrows and they came out perfectly! I was growing very few naturally and she suggested that I get my tattoos a little higher than the original position to enhance the look of my eyes. I was a little nervous at first, but I went with her suggestion and Im so glad I did! Also I have some minor asymmetry in my eyes, and the way she designed the brows drew away from the asymmetry and made then look more symmetrical. I had my eyebrows done by Lana about a week ago and I could not be happier! I had spent alot of time researching and getting recommendations before I selected Lana. I was very nervous going into this but she made me feel comfortable and I was impressed by the amount of time she spent creating the perfect brow for me. She knew what was best for me even though I was skeptical as it was a big change. A few important points to mention - it does hurt a bit but if you are used to threading or tweezing its not that bad. Also, after the procedure was done I was a little worried as the change was so dramatic but she assured me that after a week or so the crusting would come off and it would look very natural - she was 100% correct. This morning a friend of mine stopped me at the gym to tell me how great I looked! If you are thinking about getting your brows done dont look anyplace else, she is your girl and you will not be disappointed!

If you are looking for the right permanent makeup artist, someone that you can really trust - Lana is it.  I spent months looking for someone competent with experience to do my eyebrows, and after a very long search, I found Lana. There are many establishments that do permanent makeup, but unfortunately they often cut corners and dont take the needed time to do it right. Before trusting my face to just anyone, I wanted to be certain to find a true professional who would do it right. After all, permanent makeup - is permanent! So finding the right person was very important to me. From my initial consultation, I could tell that Lana knew her stuff and was the real deal. Lana, who is also a RN, was kind and very patient with me. We spent several hours going back and forth as we worked together to determine the shape, color and exact placement of my brows. I was with her all day, and when the appointment was done (nearly 11 hours later) my eyebrows looked great, and although I was concerned because they were dark and somewhat swollen, Lana assured me that they would peel and fade over the course of several days as they healed - she was right, they turned out beautifully... I followed up with another appointment and had my eyebrows touched up, and later also had my eyeliner and my lips done too. Lana has transformed my look, and I love it. I now look younger and my facial features are much more symmetrical.  Another added plus is that my makeup routine in the morning is now quick and easy, just a little sunscreen and mascara and Im ready to go!  I cant say enough about how thrilled I am with the results. I would like to express my thanks to Lana. She is very professional expert in the field of permanent makeup. Lana is a nurse and she offers a unique service: first of all she patiently listened to my wishes, and then she offered a form of make-up and color. We spent a few hours to choose eyebrows/eyeliner color fits to my type of skin and hair. Lana uses a sterile materials, advises how to care for make-up during and after healing. I am very pleased with the result - a year has passed, my eyebrows and eyeliner did not change color and not faded. I recommend Lana’s service to all who need permanent make-up.

My wife has had her eyebrows tattooed by Lana, and Lanas work is very impressive. Lana begins by carefully outlining the area, shape, and selecting the perfect color, all of which was shown to my wife for approval and discussion, if needed. Lanas technique is to use the Japanese method whereby the tattooing is done by hand, not machine. It is a time consuming process but the results are perfect.Bottom line, if you want fast and cheap, go elsewhere. If you want the best results, see Lana.

Lana is amazing! I got my eyebrows tattooed 3 weeks ago and couldnt be happier. My eyebrows look amazing and Ive been getting lots of compliments from family and friends.The procedure takes about 6-7 hours because of all the detailed steps. First, you work with Lana to pick the perfect color for you. Next, she draws the eyebrows on and tweaks the drawing until they are perfect for your face. Lastly, they are outlined in marker and then tattooed. Lana numbs the area so the tattooing is a comfortable experience.The healing process takes about 10 days. Lana sends you home with a goodie bag of all the necessary things you need to aide in healing. Lana followed up with me immediately and she was happy to answer any questions I had throughout the healing process.I am very impressed by Lana and would absolutely recommend her!

I cannot say enough positive things about Lana Schluter and her ideology, work ethic and talent with permanent makeup! She took a lot of time to explain the difference between microblading and tattooing - and explained in detail the mistakes behind the microblading I had had done prior to coming to her. She was able to fix most of the problems with the first session, but I am still healing, so it might require a touch-up at some point in the future. She takes her time with her clients and has a very strong work ethic. She prepares you in advance and there are no surprises! She is thorough and is not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. Lanas expert opinion regarding corrections is spot on if youve been as unfortunate as I was to have gone first to someone who didnt know what she was doing. Lana is patient and gives sound advice as to what to do in your particular situation. I highly recommend seeing Lana for all permanent makeup needs!

Lana is amazing! Truly an artist. Ive never gotten so many compliments on my eyebrows, many people are shocked to find they are actually a tattoo. Lana spent atleast two hours with me during our consultation, showing me photos of her work and explaining the process. And before the procedure I think she spent almost four hours making sure my eyebrows were shaped the way I wanted and appropriate for my facial features. Her office is also spotless! I got my eyebrows done a few months ago by Lana, and they turned out absolutely amazing. My eyebrows were ruined due from over plucking mostly, and I was in a terrible car accident when I was younger and lost half of my left eyebrow. So I have always had to draw in my eyebrows. Lana was able to give me a great natural looking eyebrows. She was also able to go in and place my left eyebrow slightly above the scaring area to diminish the appearance of it. I couldnt have asked for better results. I would recommend her to anyone looking for permanent makeup artist. She is the best in her field. Great lip work. Lana knows the importance of choosing an orangey shade even if you just want pink lips. If the color isnt orange enough, some peoples lips will fade to a purple tone. Glad I chose someone with experience.

RIP OFF!!!!!The permenant eyebrow procedure requires two appointments. I got my eyebrows done by Lana about a year and a half ago. The price was $400, $350 you pay at the first appointment and the last $50 you pay at the second appointment. I went in for the first appointment and everything went fine. Before I left she had me book my second appointment, which needed to be booked at least four weeks out. A few days before my appointment I was called into work so I contacted Lana letting her know I needed to reschedule. She told me that if I rescheduled I would have to pay her another $400. I refused because the second appointment is only touch up and I had already given her $350. So, needless to say my eyebrows were never completely finished. Fast forward to this year, I decided to get my eyebrows done again as the ink has faded. I contacted Lana and told her I would like to schedule an appointment. She explained that her rates have went up because she is in high demand so instead of $400 it would now be $750 per appointment for a grand total of $1500!!! I have shopped around in other neighboring cities for the same exact type of work she does and on average the cost is about $200. In so many words I told her to shove it, that price is just INSANE!!! If you work hard for your money and value a dollar I would suggest going somewhere else.

Lana did my permanent eyeliner and it has been a godsend. Not only that but I went there knowing that she was an RN with other training and she was not just some tattoo artist. The thing that impressed me was her attention to hygiene, which is the most important thing when getting these things done. Infections can happen so easily. But she wore a mask, scrubs and hat to stay sterile. The other thing that impressed me was her perfectionism. Perfectionism is something you want when you are getting permanent makeup done. She kept pulling back, examining her work, doing more work, than examining again. She did not stop until she thought things were perfect.
