I recently had a Hair Transplant from Dr Panine and all I can say is that I was really impressed with Dr Panine, his techs as well as Stuart. I visited their offices a couple months back to see what they could do about my receding hairline (I am 30 years old). Stuart and Dr Panine both told me all of my options and were very easy to talk to (no pressure, no aggressiveness). After the meeting I decided to book an appointment for the procedure.Before the procedure they prescribed me a few different medications to help make sure my recovery went quickly. On the day of the procedure I felt extremely relaxed and taken care of by Dr Panine and his team, we had a lot of fun talking about random stuff. The procedure was around 12 hours total and I was given 2,400 grafts (FUE method). There was a little swelling around my face afterwards but that is normal and it went away pretty fast. I went in the day after to take the bandage off and was extremely impressed with the amazing job they did.If you are in the Chicagoland area and looking to get a hair transplant, this is the place you want to go. I have seen quite a few before and afters from other clinics and can assure you Dr Panines is as good as it gets. I was on the fence about getting this procedure done and planning on shaving my head for the rest of my life, but after getting this done I can honestly say this was one of the best life-changing decisions Ive ever made.

I had lost a lot of hair because my disease, it was very stressfull for me, so doctor took special care when I had my first procedure. All procedure from start to finish ran smoothly and the entire staff was kind, understanding and easy to talk to. Very grateful, now I have hair as in my youth!

Although I was treated kindly by Dr. Panine, I cannot say the same for his staff. I had a very complex situation I wanted to speak about with Dr. Panine, but instead his admin assistant kept overstepping his boundaries. He proceeded to try and give me his opinion which I wasn’t looking for. Although the information may have been correct, I don’t believe Stuart was being very kind and considerate of my specific situation. After giving him a very vulnerable rundown of the reason I chose to come for a consultation, he proceeded to try and put words in my mouth and then state, whatever. In his failure to try and consult me on his own, left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I continued to try and tell him about my concerns and he publicly stated, whatever. The only thing keeping me from giving this rating a lower score is due to Dr. Panine’s kindness. However, I did not appreciate Stuart’s attitude and how he belittled my situation. I hope they can find better staff that can be more sympathetic to guest’s concerns.
