Made an appointment for today aug 12th About a week ago. i also called to confirm my appointment on monday the 9th. When Bebe answered she had no clue of my appointment. dont understand why, Id just spoken to her two days ago. Anyway when i called her this morning she sounded like she was still in bed. Told me that she would call when she made it to the shop nevermind my appointment was at 9am its now 12:35pm and still no call and ignoring my call. My Birthday party is tomorrow night this is such and inconvenience... #badbusiness

Bebe does hair beautifully but she made very rude comments towards my hair a few times that I went to her. Actually haven’t went to her in a few years because of that specifically.

Bebe is nice and does good work when she is focused. My first experience was great and I loved my hair however her being late an hour and inability to focus has made me seek other braiders. Again, she is awesome when her focus is there but otherwise.... The best time to go is during the week early. Also, maybe call her before you are on your way so you are not waiting. I have had over 6 sessions with her and she was only on time for one.

Be Be is the best in the West. She makes sure you leave satisfied no matter what or how long it takes. Me and my sister have been going to her since we were little girls, her since grammar school and me since high school and I am 29 now.........

Everyone in the shop does great hair! Very professional! Ive been going to them for two years now!

I loved the way she did my hair but had a bad attitude kept pulling my hair was on the phone most of the time yelling in my ear.
