I have been a member of this gym for about a year, and there is nothing bad to say. the people that go here are welcoming and friendly. they cate to a wide range of skill level and age range. I knew nothing about lifting before I joined and learning and being part of this community has been a highlight of the pandemic. The classes are hard but all coaches accept individual limits and respect if youre having an off day. They set you up for your individual goals and are everyones biggest cheerleader. this is no a paid ad, although it should be.
If you are looking for a gym that will teach you how to work out,. Always keep it fun and consiatenly increase the bar so you become stronger - this is the place!I have been going to Fit Results for over 6 years, first in South loop and now in Logan square. Paul and other trainers put their soul into their gym(s). They are immensely thoughtful about the programs they create - big focus is on teaching us how to do different work out movements and positions correctly. Weather you are working on conditioning movements like rowing, or strength like power cleans...everyday they will help you get stronger. I love this place - it has become part of my lifestyle. I originally helped my fiancée find this gym and every day she would come home exhausted, yet energized, by how awesome she felt after completing a workout. A few months went by and she invited me to an outdoor workout with Paul - it was intense and I was spent, but I was hooked. I’ve been going to Fit Results for about a month now and I appreciate the attention to detail that Paul and the other coaches have. Each of the workouts and movements are intentionally designed to help work every part of your body throughout the week. Over the past month, I’ve learned new movements, corrected my form on several movements, gotten stronger, and built endurance throughout the process. I strongly recommend that everyone sign up and get ready to work!

Ive been working out at Fit for over a year now and the workouts still consistently kick my butt. The workouts are always different and challenging, and they have made me a better athlete in every way. I even bring the Chicago Booth Rugby team in for conditioning workouts and everybody loves it.The best part is that Lou and Paul have built an unbelievable community of friends who push each other to be better every single day. My wife and I have made some incredible friends through Fit, and we highly recommend trying this place out whether you want to lose weight, prep for rugby season, or just spend time with some awesome people.
This place is absolutely amazing and re-kindled my love for fitness. All their stuff is designed to be challenging but slightly less intense than Cross Fit. They pushed me way harder than I would have been able to push myself, and the sheer joy the coaches exhibit running the programs is infectious.Its a great mix of old-school lifts like dead-lifts, squats, and curls plus a million fun exercises you might have never tried before. They do great outdoor workouts, and they randomly happen to be excellent at producing home videos too, and just super nice and good at teaching. Would strongly recommend to anyone trying to turn COVID into a fitness opportunity.
Amazing gym, because it is extremely well managed. They care about their members and provide fantastic workouts. I completed a marathon thanks to the strength training. During the COVID-19, they followed all CDC protocol and more. Very clean, sanitary and socially distanced members. I can’t say enough about this gym! S Loop location and Logan Square are equally awesome.
Prior to COVID, I was really into running and attending group fitness classes through ClassPass. Like a lot of people, during COVID, I had a hard time challenging myself with workouts and was only able to motivate myself to go for slow runs or do lazy workouts at home. However, in 2021 I decided I wanted to start setting and achieving fitness goals I set for myself again.Im so happy I found Fit Results! Ive only been working out here for a month but am already noticing amazing changes in my fitness, running times, and overall mood. I was nervous about returning to high intensity workouts after such a long break, but the coaches here are incredibly friendly, helpful, and encouraging. The coaches seem to genuinely care about everyone who works out here (the coaches all remembered my name after my first workout, which Ive never experienced at any other gym!). Even with COVID, I feel very safe working out here because everyone is extremely compliant with the mask policy and all equipment is thoroughly sanitized after use. Id highly recommend this gym to anyone living in the area!
I absolutely love Fit Results. Classes are tough, varied and adapted for all levels of fitness. Coaches are supportive and dedicated to improving your fitness and form. I have been a member since 2019.Covid-19 accommodations have been exceptional, with indoor (with masks), outdoor and online classes, as well as extra cleaning precautions.
You wont find another gym like this in the neighborhood. The owner Paul some how manages to remember everyones name and emphasizes how important a community is while were all suffering with burpees or something ridiculous but manageable. Always a great workout and good emphasis on building strength and mobility. Even during quarantine, they managed to have video workouts everyday for us. no excuses. :) Highly suggest, also super affordable!
I’m not exaggerating when I say this gym is changing my life. I’ve NEVER worked out before. When quarantine hit, I needed a new routine and my boyfriend has been coming here (and raving about them) since they opened... I decided to commit to the routine, and since April 1, I’ve been doing at least 4 classes a week (we do them in person now that gyms are back open). Paul is so positive and motivating in the way he coaches us, and he helps everyone, no matter what fitness level. The group is also super supportive... It’s really helping me to hold myself accountable and show up. They’re also GREAT with covid protocol and have limited class sizes/mandatory masks. We sterilize everything after we work out as well.Thank you SOOOO MUCH, Paul!
Amazing gym, trainers, and community.The classes are challenging but always engaging. The trainers communicate workouts clearly and take the time to motivate you and provide coaching/feedback as needed. I’d give a 6th star if I could for their adaptability and positive involvement in the community—their owners recently organized food drives in response to the COVID pandemic, have maintained safe/distanced environments to work out in, and offer great virtual classes.I’d recommend this gym whether you are new to working out, an athlete, or just looking for a positive community to stay healthy with.

A great gym with great trainers! Paul not only encourages everyone but he makes sure that the classes are no walk in the park! The classes are great, and leave me dripping with sweat every time. This is definitely a gym for those looking to work towards their goals, while having fun and working hard. Atmosphere and sense of family are great here, love this place! Come join us!
Wonderful experience! Comfortable spot in back to wait for your class which. Paul was very welcoming, even let me in a bit early since I got there a lot quicker than anticipated. The gym and equipment is clean and in good shape. Not sure if all classes are small but mine was really small which was nice. The workout that Paul put us through was horribly wonderful! I am excited and fearful for the next class :-) Highly recommend Fit Results!
Encouraging, judgment-free gym that is always challenging and never boring. The instructors will help you improve and are ready to give modifications when you need them. I always leave feeling like I got every moment out of each workout. I can say for certain that I am in the best shape of my life because the work I put in here with the help of Paul, Greg, Lou, and other instructors. 10 out of 10, would recommend :D.

Really glad to have such a great group fitness spot in Logan Square. Its clean, it has tons of equipment and its never a dull workout.Plus, you get excellent coaches like Paul and Greg, which is hard to come by. Not all coaches are created equally. That makes a massive difference.
The first thing I did when I moved to Chicago was search for best bootcamps in Chicago, enter Fit Results and I have never looked back. If you are looking for a wonderful community, with great coaches, hard workouts, and lovely people, Fit Results is your spot.Paul T is amazing. His workouts are very challenging and well instructed. He pushes you out of your comfort zone in the best way and brings light to strengths you didnt even know you had. He teaches you proper form and breaks down each exercise so that complicated movements become simple to grasp and perform.If I could, I would hire Paul as my 24/7 life, fitness and wellness coach. He is the nicest guy and a great positive energy to have in your workouts and life!I am forever thankful for all that Lou and Paul have done for me.
Love this place! I work out so much harder and efficiently, 1 hour and done. Im a novice but I can get a great workout, any new exercises are easily explained/demonstrated, and Ive always left feeling amazing. Cant recommend it enough.

Tried my first class and fell in love with the boot camp- I love how coach Paul is so attentive and although the class was full he was still able to correct my form and noticed when I needed a little extra motivation to finish. The gym itself was very clean, music is fire, and parking is easy to find. Ill definitely be back for anther class and will be recommending this place to my city friends.

Hands down, the BEST gym I have attended in my life! Honestly I wasn’t really a group fitness fan at first but decided to try this new neighborhood addition. It only took 1 class for me to completely fall in love with it. Trust me, their unpretentious, make-everyone-comfortable vibe will totally get you motivated everyday. Super nice trainers, clean studio, challenging workout but each class is different and full of excitements as always. I personally love the hip-hop music playlist, sometimes 90s throwback. It’s been 3 months since I joined, I’m definitely seeing an amazing result on my body - even positively in my life. Highly recommend if you are looking for a gym to workout without stress and awkwardness.
My husband and I visited Fit Results in Logan Square today for the first time. We loved the group exercise atmosphere and the variety of exercises we did. The coaches were welcoming and encouraging as well. Cant wait to go again!
I absolutely love working out here! Every trainer Ive met is so incredibly nice, and the workouts are KILLER. I feel so accomplished after these bootcamp classes, and theres always such a great vibe from all the trainers and everyone else taking the class. Love it!
Stop looking and join FIT RESULTS! I recently moved from the suburbs to Chicago and have considered multiple gyms-including cross-fit style gyms (I was part of a cross-fit gym before my move). By far you will get the most bang for your buck here! After visiting and considering at least 10 gyms and health clubs in the Chicago area-I chose FIT RESULTS! Ive been a member since they opened and although the price is right that is NOT the reason Im still here. First and foremost both Paul and Greg are phenomenal coaches! What I love about the workouts is they are always different, you get high intensity if you so choose, and if you are looking to build strength-they got you covered. The core schedule is programmed over 4 weeks with each day having a focus on specific body parts. I also like they incorporate teaching the major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerks, and snatch. Likewise, they coach you to progress in the basics of gymnastics: Pull ups, dips, push ups, sit ups, etc. You will have solid equipment: kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, bumper plates, jump boxes, medicine balls, gymnastics rings, rowers, assault bikes AND spin bikes to effectively train members! Last but not least, I love the WARM-UP! You can tell the coaches are very conscious about injury prevention by the way they do not skimp on the warm-up. Their warm-up routines help reduce the risk of injuries and they help prepare your body for optimal performance. One final thing, if the class is 60 min, a heads up that the coaches will squeeze every minute out of you!
Wow! I havent worked out this hard in years. Paul and Greg do a great job challenging and encouraging. Great staff and affordable membership cost.Update 1 year later: Ive been coming to this gym now for over a year and I have to say that Fit Results is the best! Throughout the entire COVID situation, the coaches have been very intentional about making sure the gym is following proper sanitation and hygeine guidelines. I feel very safe working out here and appreciatehow much the coaches all care about our safety.
This place is what Logan Square needed! It is your new fitness home where you have the best trainers to push you beyond your athletic abilities you never even knew you had! You get a great sweat and get stronger every time! The most important part of this gym is that its not like your usual bootcamp classes where they do full body workouts everyday and you are too sore to come back the next day! Not this gym! Fit-results makes sure that you can come the next day by focusing on different body groups a day. Where you can do legs one day and the next day is arms etc! So you can literally come everyday and not have the feeling of your body being overworked! All Logan square fitness lovers or anyone that wants to change and push themselves, this is the new fitness heat in town! You wont be disappointed!
Fit Results is a gym like no other and I have always steered clear from traditional gyms. You will be challenged, pushed beyond your comfort zone but encouraged throughout and high fived at the end. Paul will give you a killer workout. All you have to do is show-up! I love this place :-)
I stumbled upon Fit Results while walking past one afternoon and noticed that it was new to the neighborhood. After feeling stagnant from the work outs I was previously doing, I decided to give it a try and Im so glad I did. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by the owner, Paul, who is so warm and inviting. The first class I took was Bootcamp, which is a mixture of cardio, circuits and strength training. It was tough but the hour went by so fast!Since then, Ive taken all of the classes at Fit Results and each day focuses on a different part of the body, which I love. The trainers are motivating and challenging but also so personable. They know every persons name and the sense of community is so strong. It doesnt matter what fitness level you are, this is a place for everyone!I cant say enough good things! Truly, Ive never felt stronger and more excited about a gym! Thanks Fit Results!

I initially bought a groupon for Fit Results after wanting to switch up my workout routine, and then I got hooked. If youre looking for a high intensity full body workout, Fit Results is the gym for you. I even walked to the gym in -20 degree weather because I knew the class was worth it. Every class is different, and Paul and the other trainers are energetic and can work with you to make modifications if you need them. Highly recommend! As a plus, theyre also taking Covid precautions seriously and I feel very safe going to class, using my mask 😀
If youre looking to get your butt kicked and leave stronger than you came in, this is the place. Paul is full of energy, motivation, and is always pushing you to crush your limits. Rest when youre done love this place!
After moving to Chicago, my wife tried to get me to go to a gym for a while, but I was hesitant. She finally convinced me to go with her to Fit Results and after the first class, I wanted to keep going. Six months later, I have done some of the hardest workouts Ive ever done, and Paul and Greg find ways to challenge us in every class. Give Fit Results a try and youll probably get hooked too!
This is one of the best high intensity work out programs I have ever done. I used to do XSport’s Xit classes and these are 10x better and the workouts change every day. It is never boring and The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and empowering! 😍
I tried this place out with a friend and it was great. I hadn’t worked out in awhile since I don’t like just lifting weights but the classes are fun and have a lot of variety.
