I took my galaxy note 20 ultra to get unlocked for any carrier and when I took the phone out of the box it was missing the s pen. I called several times and they just give me the run around. Dont waste your time here.

I’ve been here twice and both times the attending workers were very helpful! My screen was cracked and they fixed it up like brand new.

Terrible place, I was a regular and would go here all the time . I paid 80$ to have my iPhone 7 Plus screen fixed and after a small drop the phone was cracked. At first I thought it was the screen protector but after removing it pieces of the screen actually fell out. When I took it back they said the best they could do was charge me 60$ to fix it. I highly recommend saving yourself some time and money and take your business elsewhere!!!

Awesome quick and fast service. They were able to fix the problem with my phones earphone jack perfectly.

Went to get two screen phones fixed.We got the screens fixed, sure. But now one phone won’t stop restarting and got stuck on restart loop until the battery died and now it won’t charge. Just enough power to keep itself in the loop. The other phone im using to write this now, they fixed the screen and it works fine. But now the microphone doesn’t work when I try to make calls. Keep in mind these phones worked well, only had cracked screens. But now the screen presses things I don’t want or doesn’t respond when I click. If that was the case I might as well would’ve have spent my money on a new phone.

EVEN AFTER ALL THE WAIT STILL WRONG .2ND RUN HE BROKE THE SCREEN WHILE INSTALING IT .3RD AND FINAL RUN HE AGAIN BROKE THE SCREEN WHILE INSTALING IT AND DID NOT EVEN PLACE IT CORRECTLY .THE SCREEN HAS A GAP FROM THE GLASS TO THE BASE .I REFUSED TO KEEP WAITING MY TIME WITH HIM AND DID NOT GIVE HIM ANOTHER OPERTUNITY TO DO SO .
