My organization has been a Kensium customer for over a year. We originally partnered with them to upgrade our website and expand functionality. Our engagement with them has expanded to provide website support, new functionality, and break-fix resolution. The Kensium team is easy to work with and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues that may arise. As expanded work is requested of them, Kensium provides the back end expertise to bring is additional resources and integration in the project with minimal interruption of the ongoing tasks. Their project management team is also exceptional at working with our team to align and provide the necessary tracking of hours/costs.
