Sold my M1 Macbook Air to them. It had some minor cosmetic damage that I forgot about, but I was able to work with them on the price. They sent money via Zelle within 2 days. They are super quick to respond to emails and have good customer service so I would recommend them.You can probably get more by selling on Ebay, but Ebay has minimal to no seller protection so the buyer can just send back an empty box and claim they never got anything. The buyer gets their money back as well as the item that you sent. Selling for a little less but to a reputable business was worth it in my case.

I had read a review before using this service that Gadget Salvation would claim an unreported defect in order to give less of a refund than they promised. Unfortunately I should have paid more attention, and gone somewhere else, because that is exactly what happened to me. When I tried to point out their error to them, and get my laptop back, they told me they couldnt because it had already been sent on for processing - without responding to the fact of the error - so I was forced to accept $60 less than their initial offer.I definitely wont be using this service again.

This is the third year in a row Ive sent my iPhone to them when I upgraded to the latest and its been an awesome experience each time.Id say the only downside to the service is the 7 to 10 day wait after they get your device before you get the check in the mail. This company does exactly what so many have explained. They give you this great quote and then claim there is an issue with something on the product. In my case, they CLAIMED screen on laptop flickered during testing. I had them send it back and was perfectly fine. Sold it to another company for believe it or not a slightly higher price. Already have the money in my account as they confirmed that there was nothing wrong with laptop. Gadget Salvation should be reported for what they apparently do often, squeeze more money out of innocent people.

This was an extremely easy process turning in my old laptop at a fair value. They send you the prepaid packing slip, you ship it and then about 1 day after they receive it, you have money in your PayPal account.I needed to get this done quickly before a move and it was done about 4 days after I filled out the online questions.I had about a 4 or 5 year old ultrabook that was in flawless condition. I took very good care of that laptop and was actually very attached to it. I initially got a new laptop as a gift for christmas but returned it because I wanted to keep my old one.Then I got another laptop (upgraded version of what I had) for my birthday and finally decided to trade in my old one.I got the exact amount quoted to me on the site. I made sure to clean it with a cloth prior to shipping and also made sure to adequately pack the item so nothing would be damaged during shipping.Highly recommended.

This process could not have been easier. They sent me a box, shipping label with paid postage, and full instructions.

My laptop was in reasonable condition to receive a good offer. They ended up offering a very low number compared to the quote, for reasons I felt were ridiculous. Their condition description system on their site is weak. It barely gives you any information to determine if youll actually get a good quote. They will find any reason whatsoever to screw you over. They ignored all of my arguments and forced me to pay $20 return shipping to get my laptop back. So my experience with them cost me $30 total (shipping there and back) and a lot of headache. Id recommend using a service that is able to give more accurate quotes/offers and is more customer friendly.
