Think twice before hauling for whole foods, load of broccoli was accepted under protection due to temps above 40 for 24hrs on trailer. Had reefer and trailer inspected at TK with temperature readout and everything on my end was perfect. Theyre looking to cut shipping costs anyway possible. Youve been warned
Hi Drivers, I have never seen good warehohse like this. This Whole Fod DC is the best DC I ever see since 2011. Guys are Freindly, Especial Memo and the guys at the office. 5 minutes offloding time. Anytime welcome back home. This makes me happy. Thanks Whole Food Dc Members.
Awful. Was yelled at by the lonely yard jocky who cant get a cdl for going in 30 minutes before my appointment time. Tried to park. But he blared his horn at me. Couldnt finish my paperwork. Needed 10 more seconds. Place is tiny. Everyone there is beyond rude, they tell you to go park in the street where your warned youll get a ticket. Place is unorganized. And nothing but rude
Customer service was good due to Covid-19 there were temperature checks to enter the building.
Got docked and offloaded rehashed quickly. The only thing that held me up was a case of damaged onions. Other than this, it was a good experience.I❤CHICAGO!
Good fast work.
It’s ok to deliver here, I’m giving them 3 stars just because they have problem with parking
Worse place to deliver I got dock 2am and got empty 11am they took 7hrs never come to this place again
Slow and careless took them 8 hours to unload and they took wrong product of my trailer I had to turn around so the unloader VICTOR can put the right product back on the trailer for the 2nd time
DO NOT GO EARLY! Please ignore all the reviews about checking in early, they apparently change their system and will not take anyone earlier than 1hr prior your appt. scheduled time. Also, yes the cops came and made everyone parked outside on the street to move out.
I had an appointment at 0100. I got here at 0015 and was let in. I got unloaded in an hour. When you arrive through the gate, pull straight ahead and park and walk to the check in. You are not supposed to pull your truck close to the check in door since it will block quite a few doors and the yard dogs. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET IN FRONT OF THIS PLACE. YOU WILL GET A TICKET.
Not organized 😡Fast unloading 👌By appointment with confirmation number ✅Parking are too smallNo overnight parking inside the company but you might park on streetAnd more thing if they have to Inspect you load then it could take 5-7 hours.
Definitely not the worst compared to other DCs in Chicago, 3 stars for no parking, park on the street at your own risk
Check in people’s are nice but you must have delivery confirmation number. They have night parking on street if you can find it. Other than that I was delivering one pallet and took me 2 hours.
Great place to work, staff friendly and family oriented...team work is the best....
Yes very fast unloading. Full trailer of heavy foodstuffs done in 2hrs paperwork and all. Be sure your company provides you with a delivery confirmation number it is six digits and starts with a 58 or 59 with out this they won’t even give you the time of day. They only receive loads from midnight to eight central time.
Checked in and was unloaded in under 1 hour. 4 pallets. Plenty of overnight parking on street. No lumper fees
2 hrs to unload. Can check in couple hrs before appointment. Parking on the street i did my 10 hrs their nobody bothers you. Overall great place to deliver.
Decent enough place in and out fast too fast come here at 2 am tired ready for bed no onsite parking and one time they woke me up to restack a pallet they tipped over because driver is short for stock boy I guess always sleep on street until sun comes up so like 5 hours never been bothered
Very nice place to make delivery when you come before they open which I think is around 11:55 pm try to park on the road and check in by 12:00 am on the sport they will a sign you a dock, the security to receiving they’re very friendly and first, also they got enough space to back in.
Appointment was 4amChecked in 11:45pmGot dock :11:48pmEmpty: 00:13amGot paperworks : 1:43am
I went to deliver at 2:30am on 4/6/20 didn’t finish until 10:45am day there all night for them!!! Nice people just to slow.
Crowded at 3 in the morning be prepared 🤣
Update. Place is ok if u come at midnight appointment. Anything after that is trash. Cops patrolling outside so no overnight parking and they wont let u in till 1130pm now. Used to be 1040pm
Good place to delivery it only took 2 hours easy in easy out!!!
9 hours for 11 pallets... How do you like it?They unloaded two and disappeared for 4 hours. I came inside, there is no one with my load, left me and went to unload another truck. What can I say? Stupidest distribution ever...
Not a bad place to come to but there is no parking. You can park on the street but you will get run off by the local authorities but it is not mark no parking
Night time receiver Midnight to 8AM.Dont be late for your appointment or you will be there until 10AM.Slow receiver. Ususlly at dock for 2 to 3 hours for 5 or 6 pallets. The earlier your appointment, the quicker the unload. No lumper or late fees. No money needed and no reason for driver to be on the dock.Limited parking in the lot. You have to park on the streer if you arrive early or if you stay after your appointment. Its low traffic street, but gets filled up with parked trucks. When you arrive:-Turn around and park in spots that face driveway entrance. Do not park any further than dock #6.-walk to the receiving office. Its up the stairs by dock # 26 (just past the jersey barriers).- make sure you have your appointment confirmation#, photo ID and seal # when you check in at receiving. You need all 3 to check in with your paperwork.- be patient.
Best DC on the planet :) I smile Everytime I find out Im going here.
Always quick and professional. Appt times are adhered to enter 1 hr before.
One of the best places to deliver. Overnight parking outside the street, cool place, nice people. Will take you early before you appt.
Showed up for appt at 0410. Delivery scheduled for 0600. I sat in the hallway and waited until they clocked it at 0500 because they were in a meeting and no one was at the receiving desk. They didnt even touch my trailer until 0800. This place runs on its own schedule and at its own pace. Good luck . After empty, you leave the property. No onsite parking allowed.
Appt at 4. Came here 3:30 and got out around 4:30. i only had 2 pallets. There is parking on site to come earlier and you can park on the street after finish. Clean restrooms and lounge room. No lumpers or breaking down pallets. just count and sign. Delivery confirmation number is required
I arrive at 22:30. My appointment was for 01:00. They where not open yet. They start receiving at 00:01-08:00 central time. So I waited on the street till 00:01. Then I proceeded to check in. Was giving a door immediately. I only had 4 pallets coming here. They had me out of door by 01:15. Theres no parking on premise. But there is some parking on the street. Make sure you have your delivery confirmation number because they will ask for that.
The place was easy enough to find. However, for the drivers that dont know, Whole Foods is generally first come first serve. You usually stage outside on the street until the guard tells you to go in. When I got there, there was 5 trucks parked on the street as the gate was closed (no sign saying when it opened) and the guard shack was empty, so I parked behind the other trucks. Gates opened at midnight, and was swarmed by drivers, cutting off everyone that was waiting before them. When I finally got in, I was told to take dock 2, and the trailer that was in it would be moved. 45 minutes later, I finally asked the yard jockey if it was going to be moved, and he went and pulled it out. I had arrived at 8 pm, appointment was for 1 am. Didnt get into my dock until almost 2. I took a nap and woke up to them calling me that I was done. It was now almost 5 am and every other driver was done, even though I had been the 4th or 5th one there.Overall, good location, easy enough backing, nice receiving and yard jockey, but got f@#ked over by other drivers.
Park in street and go to check in.They open midnight. Don’t go to there early.
Great place to work. The people are awesome.
Receiving 12am- 830 am parking on street to sleep. No problems with them, courteous did their job, no lumpers.
Nice ppl just have a confirmation # and drivers license they unloaded me soon as I hit the dock check in starts at 12 midnight park on the side street if arriving early
Brand new warehouse. Receiving is open at 12.00 midnight. Fast unloading. Took 1 hour.Employee are polite
I late for my appointment about 45 min, they gave me a Door right away, unloaded so fast !Thanks and appreciate!!!
The guard is very friendly there are few of them now, the dock was given immediately, unload 1hr 30 min!
Delivery by appointment only and there is no parking here
For truckers. If You have LTL there us a good chance You can be taken care of before appt time. A lot of space.
Appointment at 4am at 6:44 am still have not started to unload reason told had too many products in front of door this is a place not well organized or run well this is how these big corporation are stealing money out of the trucking industry long unloading times detention is not fair trade of time.
10 hour wait for unload, but they took my load 2 days before appt. only thank u from me!
Great place to deliver, truckers can stay on the street. Begin 12 am.
Easy in and out. Nice people
Ok for delivery, better have app PO#,ok to back up,6am app 1.5h for 4 pallets.
APPT 1AM, check in 12:30 AM, start unloading 1:45 AM, check out 3 AM, 15 skids

Brand new warehouse that’s tight in some areas. 3 hour unload but it went pretty smooth, keep it up Whole Foods👍🏻
Youll be there for a while. You might find parking on the street
Friendly staff, fast unload before scheduled time.
Great place
Easy in and easy out...
Could be worse
Making money. I like money
Not sure how increasing semi truck traffic and jobs that most likely wont be offered to local residents will increase value to the Pullman neighborhood. I am excited that there is a potbellys down the street and bakery around the corner.
If we dont get Mo Money da Union will come a calling!!! Go Trump!!!
The worst delivery ever...receiving guy is to slow talking on the phone about nothing...-1
Shipping and Receiving office by door 28In/out less than two hours
Unloaded for more than 7 hours... 👎👎👎
Got in and out, get there early enough you can park on the side of the road.
Slow,slow,slow
Just a little bit slow for my taste
Where they pay the bills!
Will take you early...need appointment.
I love that place
Fast unloading
Do not forget the confirmation number, do not forget it
Never again!
