I had my mail on hold and when I took it off of hold I tapped the incorrect box. I needed my hold mail delivered. I was able to call and spoke to a sweet lady, I did not write down her name, she was so helpful and said my mail will be delivered tomorrow. (Called friday hold mail was to be delivered Saturday. It was not)Excellent customer service, thank you.Edit to my 5 star rating to 1 star.....my hold mail has yet to be delivered, its been 6 days, yes I counted the weekend in the six days. One of the hold mail is my medication. Ive tried calling several times a day at different times and no one answers.

I went to this facilty beacuse my package is wrongly being sent to there. I tried to explain to the lady, that they sent me from another USPS office to pickup my package there, she didnt even let me talk, she was screeming at me, talking about the president and FMLA, and telling me that I have another zipcode that my package was not there, she sent me to another USPS facily that belong to my zip code, I went (they were nice nad actually listen to me) and after confirming with the manager indeed my package was over there, so now I have to options waiting until my package arrive to my post office (it is been missing for a month and they dont know when) or going again over there and talk with the lady that was rude to me.

The staff was very helpful once I was able to get there attention. The lower star level is all to do with favility set up and zero to do with the staff. My staff interaction gets 4+ stars.They need a call button or something to get the staffs attention here. I was sent here for a package that couldnt be delivered and it too a while of banging on the door to get there attention. Once they got there, they couldnt be friendlier and more helpful.

This is the Jefferson Park carrier annex. If your package for some reason is not at the main address on 5401 W. Lawrence, you may get directed here. You will have to call early, between 8 am and 9:30 am, to get someone to answer the phone. Yes it may take a while. Since last delivery is around 3, they may not answer calls at that time. But if you called them early, they sometimes call you back in the late afternoon. They let you know if your package is there. If youre calling here, youre probably already aggravated. Calm down before you call. If they talk fast, ask them politely to slow down, repeat please what they said. They may ask you for instructions. Again stay calm. The goal is to get your stuff, right?? Its the Post Office. We already know relief carriers may screw up - not like your regular guy. Do not go here unless you are told you can pick it up there. Please. First call Jefferson Park Main Post Office, then here. I park by the post office and walk over. Parking on Milwaukee is painful. Hopefully that helps. Good luck.
