Prices are higher. I buy here in case of an emergency but best to buy online. Customer service it’s the worse you will see compared to other locations. Bad attitude and don’t ask the wrong question because they are good making you feel like an idiot. Manager in charge it’s probably a person that doesn’t care much for quality service. That’s why employees follow same.

Pretty extensive list of items they carry HVAC-wise. I was able to bring my weird blower motor in and find a aftermarket replacement. Works great. This place is contractors only so if you cant sling the lingo they may not sell to you.

This place is great went here twice to get stuff for my furnace each time they had it. Only problem is you cant return it so be sure its the right product or take it with you in and theyll match it up thats the best thing.

Had a fairly negative experience here today. Ordered a part online and let them know I was not an HVAC contractor but was working with one to find a part. Upon arriving to pick up my part he jacked up the price and told me I wasnt allowed to order parts at that price without an epa license. Next he tells me Im pissing everyone else in line off because Im ordering incorrectly. Ripoff pricing if youre a Joe off the street. Dick counter man. BTW- Found the part online for $400 less than he tried to charge me. Will not be back again.

I went to Johnstone Supply with a printout off of the internet - from RepairClinic - with the part # I needed to repair my furnace, as well as my furnace model number.The guy behind the counter tells me the RepairClinic doesnt always get the part numbers right - but he found the right part in the system. They didnt have the OEM part - but he found a replacement part that will work just fine for the bargain price of $48.75 + tax. By the way - no refunds - all sales are final. I get home to replace it only to find out that the replacement part is completely wrong and doesnt work.Thanks, guys. This is what I get for trying to support local businesses. Ended up buying the original, CORRECT part for $14.44 off of the internet. If you are going to overcharge people and hide behind your no returns policy, at least sell them the correct part.

Rude employees trying to get $100 to open door two minutes after close. Take your money somewhere else where service is put higher that making a quick buck.

Went in to ask a simple question about Goodman circuit boards and was treated like an inconvenience and that “we don’t diagnose anything” followed by a bunch of rude comments. Worst customer service 2018, go anywhere else but here.
