I stayed here as part of a short term Airbnb rental, and half of the residents are using public spaces without masks--walking through the main entrances, lobbies, gym, and hallways.It is an otherwise adequate rental, but someone began cursing with us and approached us to get into a fist fight with us when we asked them to wear a mask in the lobby.I called mac management, and was scolded multiple times for not having called the management office earlier during our stay. They then hung up on me when I explained I am a short term renter and politely suggested that the responsibility for enforcing mask mandates should be Macs.

I absolately love this building, the lobby is beautiful !!!!!

Im new to Chicagoland and I will say that the maintenance staff for EPT, the front desk concierges at Del Prado and the Property Manager are really nice and very responsive. The building is nice on the outside and the inside. My biggest complaint is the heat being consistently on during the cold temps.Because Im tired of opening tickets and sending emails to the Property Manager, Ive had to result to turning on the oven to heat up my apartment until the heat kicks in. Other than that, its a nice location and my neighbors are quiet which is a plus!

I have been living in this building for over 6 months and so far has been great. Management and maintenance staff have been really responsive about every problem I have had so far. Also, the building has been renovated (hallways and reception) and is looking much better :)

Dont consider this place as your new home if you dont want to deal with grossly incompetent management and staffs. Also you cant receive mails and packages. They will hold and wont release it to you.

Dont live here. They removed the building office, you cant get mail here, the water and sometimes heating always off, sink backs up all the time when it rains, and I got robbed on the 7th floor and mac didnt even care
