Our experience with CMIT was terrible. They were hired to help our company set up a cloud file sharing system and could not deliver a reliable solution.After leaving CMIT for another provider, we quickly learned that they system they had provided us was a consumer grade system which was completely wrong for our business type. Remarkably, when we had asked CMIT whether a more robust system was available they said there were no other options on the market. We now have a highly reliable cloud system at less than the cost of what CMIT was charging.

Responsive and professional. CMIT replaced our mid-2000s server with cloud-based file storage and installed two new computers. They recommended VOIP telephony (saving us $100/mo) and significantly faster internet. They show up quickly, when they say they will be there, they work efficiently and they explain what they have done and how to work it in ways that communicate to non-geeks without insulting our intelligence. Bravo!
