Got the help that i needed with a respectful staff and cashed my check

These people (Mexicans) give me racial vibes and i have reason to believe that they are pocketing side change. Reason why I say that is because if u do not count your money, check your receipts and make sure that you have your correct amount of change that is suppose to be given to you they will let you leave without notifying this has happened to me twice & I feel that it was purposely done and I am working towards getting them investigated. During these times it is hard to come by money and for these people to sit up at their jobs and hustle people for their change whether it’s five, ten, fifteen, or twenty dollars....makes u really upset.

Great customer service they are always willing to help & go out of there way for you when needed. I’ve seen them deal with horrible customers & they still manage to be respectful and work quickly to keep the line moving.

Only positive things to say about this place, service provided is expedient and courteous.

Very good customer service. If you had a bad experience maybe you were doing fraud, you get what you give.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. When I bought my new truck I had to get my new plates and this is the only places that knew what needed to be done, they provided me with temporary plates while I waited for my permanent plates to arrive.I read other reviews on here about the staff not being able to speak English, this is false, the staff at this location are bilingual. Maybe don’t come in with a negative attitude, and talk like you have some sense and home training and you’ll have a better experience.

The Doors Was Locked And The Workers Turned Off the Lights While People Were Still Outside Needing To Get In Before Closing Time.

Very unprofessional workers don’t know what they doing and they give you a hard time because they don’t speak English

The ladies working there are very slow and its pretty much an inconvince for them to help you out.

Stay away from this place, it isnt worth your time. Aside from people always getting assaulted right outside from this location, the service here is terrible. The workers here dont know what they are doing, and will give you a hard time over the smallest details. I brought a check in and they tried accusing me of check fraud. I had to come back with my boss for them to return my check after we threatened to get the police involved, only to find out the woman working there had made a mistake.

I saw that it said closing soon @ 10pm. I made it to there 5 mins before closing time. The door was locked and the workers was still in there. They could have at least had a sign, saying closing early due to______....but no it looked like they decided to close early.l.

Neat and clean respectful staff and fast

I do not recommend that women who work there go to this exchange house, they are very despotic and do not try anything to help you ... apart they are with their bitter face ...
