Gregory Crown led our class for Professional Scrum Master I Certification.It was jam packed with useful information. He presented the information well, used story telling and lead learning out to make the material relevant and memorable. Took the PSPO I, 2-day training course taught by Robb (the owner) in Sept 2021. One of the best classes I have ever taken. Super professional in all ways, from the video and audio quality to the material covered. Lots of very interesting real world examples and applications. The course moves fast and it was never dull.Oh and I ended up needing to move the date of the course I signed up for. Emailed the company and received replies back to all my needs and questions in no time. So, was very impressed before I even started the class itself.Studied the recommended materials, a Scrum book (The Professional Product Owner), and took this training course, and passed my PSPO I with a 97.5%. The training class definitely helped me, lots of tips and tricks for the test. But learned SO much more than just the right answers to the test. What I learned will for sure help me in my career.

I took the Professional Scrum Master training Feb 11-12, 2021. The course was organized and run extremely well by Greg Crown, eliciting participation and thinking from all attendees to facilitate learning. The course covered all the information that is needed to take the PSM exam, but more importantly, provided a strong understanding of how to really be a scrum master. One of the simulations of a case study was exceptional, driving home the learning in a way I will always remember. Beyond the course, the company was very friendly and easy to work with, responding quickly to emails, and overall highly professional.

Robb has been great at explaining the Product Owner role using real-world example, so I could apply improvements to my Scrum practice right away.

Had an excellent experience with Responsive Advisors. After taking the course and rigorous training sessions, I successfully passed the exam on the first attempt. Jeff Maleski was an excellent instructor, who clearly understands the material and has a passion for what hes practicing and teaching.

This training was fantastic. There was a very healthy balance of interactive discussions and activities, traditional lecture, personal stories, question/answer, and fun. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and personal. The visuals and the slide decks supported the discussion and interaction, rather than the other way around. I learned a lot!

Because of COVID, I took the course virtually rather than in person. The sessions are 8 hours each. We did get breaks etc., but its a very long day of sitting. Be prepared. I recommend you dont try to work in 4 hours of your regular job before going to this course. The course moved at a good pace, lots of good interaction. I was disappointed to find that there were some things we did not cover in class and they were not in the SCRUM guide or in the slide deck. It was disturbing to hit questions in the assessment with new terms. I think that maybe this course is geared towards software developers and not a non-technical person who is learning to become a product owner. IF there was a pre-req for this course - it would have been better if I had been blocked from the course until I met whatever the pre-reqs were/are. In summary, good course, helpful, but frustrated that the course was not more friendly to relatively new product owners who do not do software development.

I did a two day Scrum Master course with Jeff and couldnt be happier with the knowledge I walked away with. Jeffs experience and knowledge allow him to be extremely insightful, particularly in how to bring meaning to and extract value from the day to day parts of scrum that can become monotonous. Im very much looking forward to taking more classes from them in in the future.

The instructor was extremely familiar with the materials and subject matter. He gave everyone a safe place to air concerns and questions and share their experiences and examples of work. I particularly enjoyed the team exercises - which I must admit I wasnt looking forward to when initially signing up. They were relevant, informative, and illustrative of what was trying to be conveyed. I would definitely recommend this course (PSPO) to anyone interested.

I would recommend this Professional Scrum Master course to anyone. Robert Pieper is a very capable instructor who is able to simplify Scrum theory by blending course content with personal work experience. His teaching style is collaborative and visual. You can tell he is passionate about the framework and is more than willing to answer every question his students have. Not to mention, he still held our class despite Chicagos 2019 polar vortex, with record low temps, those same days. Take the course, you wont regret it!

Jordan knows this stuff cold, and more importantly understands and conveys the underlying motivations behind Scrum. Exercises were relevant and instructive. An excellent training course and trainer.

There was a lot of great discussion with other product owners talking about real world problems and how to solve them, how to forecast agile delivery, and how do drive change especially when your organization hasn’t gone through an agile transformation.
