Horrific. I am an IT professional that works with recruiters extensively. 99% of them are top notch professionals that have gone a long way to helping me in my career. Brilliant Chicago, however, is nothing more than a SPAM company.OK, to be fair, maybe the company is not, but their recruiter Sam Subramaniam with her thick Indian accent certainly is. First, she doesnt seem to even know what I do, let alone what jobs I might be interested in - which a good recruiter does so that they are not wasting everyones time. She is completely incompetent from what I can tell. But the real issue is that after she submitted me for one of her clients, I stooped hearing from her, no update what so ever, she is unprofessional.

Although Avery does not act as a pure recruiter on my behalf, Avery excels as a collaborative partner and resource while on a client project engagement.

Went downtown met with someone. Even after I told him I wasnt interested in temp work he still sent in a very pushy person trying to get me to do temp work. He also kept calling me Ryan. Couldnt even get a name right. I was told that he would follow up with me the next day, three days later I emailed him and he tried saying I was supposed to call him. How am I to know if there is a job opening? Waste of time and very unprofessional. Do not waste your time if they contact you. They are a joke.

Brilliant presented me with a job opportunity the same day I interviewed with them. I was excited and surprised. I went to my job assignment everyday and on time. I was let go from my assignment because they said I was on my phone. Funny thing is the manager wasnt even there that day. I always taken lunch at my desk but no one thought to ask my side of the story. Im not mad about being let go the fact that Brilliant NEVER asked my side was unprofessional and when I confronted them they said it was no problem and they would continue to work with me. I have since applied for MANY positions that I qualified for and no one has contacted me!
