I am really impressed with this organization and what they offer to their local community and Chicago. They offer great webinars and several different programs to help accommodate a wide range of food businesses. This is a wonderful place to learn and to make connections to help your business grow and flourish in one of the most difficult and competitive restaurant markets in the country.

Without a doubt -- I would not be where I am today without the Hatchery. A few of my favorite things, in no particular order are :- beautiful facilities. Always clean and they provide everything you need!- helpful staff. There is always someone around to answer questions- great resources. They have great programming that can help with almost anything that comes with growing a food/bev business. packaging design, food safety, marketing, you name it!

The Hatchery is a wonderful community in Chicago for food entrepreneurs - there are great educational classes, research resources, networking, and the fantastic management team who are really invested in getting your company off the ground and helping it to succeed. Ive been to many classes, gotten great mentoring and feedback, used resources, and found great vendor recommendations from the Hatchery, but I havent used the kitchen. Of course, Ive seen the open kitchen many times and it is sparkling clean like the rest of the facility.

Being a startup business, it can be very difficult to navigate processes and obtain information but the Spouts Program has been an invaluable resource to us. Having access to companies that have been there, hear their stories and learn from them (voluntarily) has been so refreshing. Each time I attend a webinar, I feel that I take a piece of information away that I can implement and/or learn to incorporate in our daily process for success. What the Hatchery is doing for the west side of Chicago is amazing. Teaching entrepreneurship is a blessing. Teaching and providing the necessary resources for people to stand on their own.
