I have had the good fortune to learn from a number of well-known management and sales training programs that all had great merits. That is why I assumed that the Sandler Training program would be just another training program. I couldnt have been more wrong. The style, the content, and the on-going coaching was so organic and refreshing, that our team was immediately drawn to it and integrated the principles into multiple facets of our business internally and externally. It has been a game-changer for our team engages with customers (and each other), and even how we operate our sales and marketing processes. It has been one of the best programs I have ever experienced.
Sandler Training has definitely catapulted my ability to be a great sales person in lending. The hands on approach to group training is efficient as well. I appreciate that there is room in each training for break out sessions and even role plays which increase my ability to execute post training. Without Sandler, I would not have reached a level of success beyond my dreams as a new lender here in Chicago! Jim, Mark and Karen here in Illinois are the best coaches and I have grown to love them all!

I was a student of Sandler (Northbrook, IL) for just under 2 years. I attended the weekly classes, the online training videos and one on one training sessions with Karen Meracle (my coach). Hands down, this has been the most effective sales training Ive received in my 17 years in sales. Theyve perfected the art of dealing with people in an authentic way and they get the fact that prospects dont want to sold to (especially from an aggressive/corny salesperson) . Even better, they take the time to understand your DISC personality profile and help you leverage those particular traits in sales scenarios.
After a successful selling career I have been exposed to Sandler Training. Its been an amazing experience that describes a clear path, a process, with clear methods and the psychology to support it. Probably skeptical at the beginning, but little by little, trying certain things has proven to be a valuable tool for anyone at any level or skillset thats in sales. Kudos to this team!
