NLI did a fantastic job on my Nissan Maxima! The drivers seat was very worn and damaged. I couldnt believe how great it looked after it was done! A good price and the work done in about an hour. Al and his team are great!

They charge you full price,but they dont do 100% job,and you have to come back and tell them you didnt finish the job

Independent shop that gets the job done at the price orginally agreed upon. Smug marks were left after a headliner was done but its not like itll be hard to clean.

Needed my headliner replaced and only had Saturdays to get it done. They were able to get me in and get the job done in 4 hours. The headliner looked amazing. Great job.I highly recommend going there for your interior needs.

Had a tear on my leather seat they fixed it and it turned out great. Employees were very friendly and fast. The price was good too. I highly recommend this place.

Had a small rip in my vinyl car seat. Other places wanted over $300 and take a day or two to repair . I found this place online and decided to give them a try. Sure enough I walked in and they took a look at the small tear. They fixed it in 30 minutes and charged me a $100. Outstanding service and they did a quality job ! I am extremely impressed with this small business and wont hesitate to come back for any future repairs . A+ earned good job Al!!!

The drivers seat of my 14 year Volvo was worn and perforated and the seams were coming apart. I was after just a functional repair. They replaced a panel on the seat, repaired the worn areas and resewed the seam. The colors were matched perfectly. The results were far beyond my expectations.

I took my beloved custom pedal car to them to have the seat made they had it done within two days. Awesome friendly and very professional!! I loved the seat they made and love that they did not put a scratch on our expensive paint job. Definitely recommend these guys!!!

This place is the best for custom interior work!

Brought my car in to get my seat cushions fixed. The owner seemed like a nice guy and charged me $200. He also gave me a warranty. It lasted less than 6 months to go back to the original state. I brought my car back in and the owner didnt honor the warranty. Its not right when the owner of a business cannot keep his word. I just purchased some automotive glue for $6 and guess what .. it is still holding.

Always in a rush with costumers and the owner is rude!!

So the saddle on my bike started ripping and I started lookin around for a place to help mefirst place I call is New Life it rang for a bit and went to some voicemail so I blew it off.Then I started callin around to the custom shops to see if anyone could point me in the right directionand I finally get a bite and told to call Brothers upholstery I call the guy he doesnt want to talk on phone tells me to come to his place in Evanston the next day. So I make the trek I get there nothing shop is closed.So I try going to a couple of motorcycle shops I know of they are all close (very sad) I get home and I call New Life again I get someone and he says no prob come on bye and tell ya how much. I get there takes a look says when do I need I say no hurry a week maybe he says, tomorrow ok? I say I dont need it that quick he says be back at 5:30 it be done.He calls at 4 its done.Service and Quality!!!D.M.

Not recommended, they charged me more than estimated and overspray been all over my carpets . I am disappointed..
