I canceled an insurance policy because it kept going up for no reason and they sent me a bill two weeks later after u canceled the policy and wouldnt refund it.

After the first month of purchase, there came an increase. Also, another was coming because I stopped the automatic bank withdrawal since the increase. $147. to $188. per month ? Excellent driving record as well.I had to cancel it.

If you have Guaranteed Rate as a Mortgage servicer and attempt to have Liberty Mutual become your home insurance provider; liberty mutual will agree to contact Guaranteed rate per the Guaranteed rate guidelines but will not actually follow through to become your insurance provider. They will then expect you to pay the mortgage insurance premiums while you are double insured through your previous company. This is highly unethical behavior.

Liberty mutual is the worst Insurance company I ever had. Had a fire in my garage Agent stole from my garage and then they canceled my insurance after over 15 years being with the company.

Watch out this people take ur money n then ask ? They need n if you dont provide they cancel u n keep ur money there a bunch of scams dont pay them at all.I will never recommend them there crooks.

I am giving one star because there is no zero star. One of the worst insurance companies I know. It is almost impossible to get in touch with the addressor. They never answer phone calls nor do they call back. If you have mind, stay away from this insurance. Do not trust advertisements.

Horrible! All I can say is I filed a complaint with the Illinois Department of Insurance. Do yourself a favor, dont do business with Liberty Mutual.
