Having moved to Chicago from out of state, I was clueless about insurance companies and I didnt want to go with a big box company that offers cookie cutter insurance. I was referred to A&M Insurance and Mario was a delight to deal with. He explained all my options and put together a policy tailored to my needs. Since I got my policy I have called Mario a couple of times with some questions and its so refreshing to talk to one person instead of calling someone in India.
