Very rude staff unless your latin I guess. Staff lacks skills in simple Customer service, trying to even make a paying appointment is a hassle like they dont want or need your business. Such waste of time and effort and when you ask direct questions your looked at as if how dare you ask such even if its in retrospect to services offered.

Just got a coolant refill for the air conditioning system for my car at Mr. Torress shop. I called them, and within an hour I was in shop getting the work done. Dont go here if you need your AC refilled. I was over charged for an AC refill and two months later it was out again. I took the car back to complain and told the man I thought it had a leak. When I picked up the car he charged me again to refill it, which did not solve the AC issue.

At TINO TORRES Auto Repair I took my car because of several problems that I had and immediately found that I needed to fix it ... it is my only vehicle to move and it would take a few hours so he offered me a car at no cost for me to go to work . They are kind, professional and honest and in no way did I doubt their prices that they are fair ... I recommend them 100%
