I am an out of state buyer and I recently bought a certain vehicle Ive been looking for the past few months, and Elite Sales had exactly what I was looking for. My experience with them was PHENOMENAL. I never thought Id buy a vehicle, especially a used one, without looking at it in person. But, with COVID restrictions and the inability for me to leave my family to go up to Chicago, I took the chance with pursuing this vehicle. Max was outstanding with communication, and was very quick to respond during this process. He is super nice, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My vehicle was delivered to me and it met, and may have even exceeded my expectations.Max Facetimed me for probably close to a total of 40 minutes to show me everything (good/bad) about the vehicle I was interested in. He was honest and straight with me. To make a long story short, I doubt he made much from me because he basically pocketed the delivery fee, and he found an issue with my vehicle that was not known AFTER we made the deal and sent him the check, so he told me hed make it right. Well he certainly did, and replaced around $2k (what it would cost me) in repairs and new parts to make it right. He couldve easily just sent that down here as is, but he didnt......THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Completely unprofessional . They have zero communication . Went to see a vehicle, told them I was interested in purchasing . Made me wait a week while I was constantly calling for updates on the vehicle asking when I could stop by to fill out the paperwork for it. After a week I call again and they tell me it is gone. They didnt call me to tell me anything like they said they would I had to constantly be calling just to find out that it was gone. dont waste your time here.

I recently bought a bmw not too long ago on January and when o first bought it on the first week the check engine came on and supposedly they had fix it come to know they fixed it only so it can last that first week of guaranteed they had gave me and now the car don’t run transmission blown and engine no goood so if u trying to buy a car from them I would highly recommend u do not buy it here I didn’t even last 4 months with the car and that’s some B.S

My car died. I towed it to the dealership and they said it needed a new engine for $12,000. Elite picked it up from the dealer and towed it to their shop. Turns out it didnt need a new engine but it did require a lot of work. They fixed it at a fraction of the cost and it runs like new. I would highly recommend this shop.

They sell nothing but LEMONS!!!. my son purchased a Volkswagen on 5/12/2020 and it broke down less than 2 weeks later. we had the truck towed back to the dealership because danny assured us he will fix it. They kept the truck for 2 weeks stating it was the starter which will take 30 hours to repair and $500 to repair. 30 hours turned into over a week. We picked up the truck yesterday and now the back suspension is locked and cant be driven. I told Danny his mechanic mustve messed something up because there werent any issues with the suspension before we brought the truck back. Hes reply was to bring the truck back because he do not know how or why that happened. why would you give someone back their truck knowing you messed up the suspension?? I had the truck towed to a Volkswagen dealership this morning and immediately the techs said it was caused by whomever was working on the truck! I wish I wouldve read these reviews beforehand. I wouldve kept my son far away!!! now we are stuck with a real LEMON! money just blown away!! total rip off

Bought a car online from these guys, and it was exactly what the pictures said it was. No hidden rust, interior damage I was not told about, and after a 5 minute test drive, they had my paperwork ready for me and I was gone in less than 30 minutes. Mechanic there is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had for him without hesitation, we will be back and I have already recommended them to several coworkers! I was sold a BMW by this Car Lot with a blown motor.... I also purchased a WARRANTY from this establishment that will not cover ANY of the repairs needed. A week after I purchased the vehicle I returned it saying alerts came up stating DRIVETRAIN MALFUNCTION!!!! MAX the salesman that sold me vehicle refused to even speak to me. Then the mechanic changed a sparkplug and said that was the problem. A week later I took it to a real mechanic and was given a laundry list of things wrong with the vehicle. He also found a previous invoice from the previous owner stating the same problems. This establishment and DANNY ( THE OWNER ) are very DISHONEST. They strung me along for two weeks so that they werent legally liable for refund or repairs. WARNING!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT unless you want to spend thousands of dollars in repairs.

I drove 4h to get to him I purchased car left in the middle of driving I had check engine light . I called him he didnt answer I kept calling but no answer. I took the car to auto zone I was told you have your transmission not good and also I have one cylinder is not working. So I took back the car next dayMax the owner gave me bad attitude he said oh you did something to the car he was mad I told him I called you yesterday never answer he told me that he will fix it but I have to pay $100 but he didnt fix it he was deleting the check engine light. He said I purchased the car from the auction and I sale them i dont fix them. My car wasnt fix it .I have to spend $4000 at the BMW dealership to fix it they told me that he didnt do anything to the car also he never use kbb

I am satisfied with my experience at Elite Sales and Service. I got a 2011 Dodge Caravan. The car wasnt perfect, but for the price I paid, I cant complain! When I first called the dealership, I asked for a car fax and they immediately emailed it over to me. These guys are nice and fulfill their promises. I recommend knowing your product before coming in! They are great guys who do fair business!! Thank you again! :)

I have been having Danny work on 2 BMWs of mine. A 94 318i, that car was 20 years old when I got the 325i. Only because of rust engine was still good. and now a 2001 325i. Hes always done good work and taken great care me, of any issues with no problem.

I had my BMW 7 series worked on by Danny and crew and honestly it runs like new now. They got me a good deal on the transmission and even worked on the cosmetics at no extra charge. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are driving a foreign car and you are out warranty and need repairs done by experienced mechanics.

Max was great, however the car was not. Fixed the grill 2 mo later, promised within a week. Day after purchase, ($7000), engine light came on! Took back twice to fix. All they do is clear the computer. They broke my windows, car came with a blown speakers. Stay away from this place!!! Year later, car runs. Brought it back to dealer to be fixed, 3mos later says it fixed( not) then tells me I owe them money. After, tail lights go out at 150$ a piece, gas pump at 450$, broken window at 200$, selling lemons;you pay for the lemonade!!

I jsut wanted to share a great experience that I had at Elite Sales and Service. I needed an oil change and called up to schedule it, fortunately they were able to take me the same day as I was well past my time to get it changed. I was warmly greeted by the Owner Danny as well as the GM Jessica (with whom Id made the appointment) and they took my keys and quickly got to work! Nowadays $30 for a non-synthetic oil change and filter is almost unheard of! Everyone was great, friendly, and the whole thing went smoothly! Ill definitely be back for another oil change and anything else I need worked on. :) In Chicago it isnt easy to find a trusted mechanic and they are definitely earning my business on service (customer/mechanical).

Was a bit apprehensive about buying a vehicle from a small dealership. I am glad that I did as it has been an excellent experience. I didnt think I was able to get an auto loan as I dont have good credit. I found the vehicle online, inspected it, and test drove the car and fell in love with it. Everyone walked me through the finance process and was able to get me financing with an actual bank. I have payments that fit my budget, a great car, and some new friends. I would honestly recommend Elite to anyone.

Its been a horrible experience. Not to be trusted. Car hasnt run right since day one. Their mechanic kept it a month. Continues to break down. Would Strongly recommend go somewhere else.

Theyre nice to you when you buy your car and IGNORE YOU after. bought a used bmw and had NOTHING but problems since. check engine light came on 2nd day after i bought it. they treat you like an inconvenience when you bring ur car back in for repair, which mind you, i had to bring in TWICE in a two week period. the contract said they will be responsible for fixing the car within two weeks of purchase and after that we are responsible, however, there were SO many more issues with the car no wonder they only promise the first two weeks. totally ripped me off, the car is not worth what i paid in cash for. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else!! They’re not even accredited with the BBB, for a reason because they know ppl will post bad reviews. i just wish i checked before i went. stay away!!

I bought my first used car from them about a week ago. Before purchasing I took it to a mechanic for inspection and Elite repaired everything for free. They really aim to please. Would recommend.

Not an honest dealer. Walk away as fast as you can. Take a real mechanic and ask to test drive for a least 45 minutes in the streets and the expressway which is not further from where they. Find the history of the car. Take the vin # of the car to an insance and they should provide you with a history of the car. As I say before, better walk away from this place.

This is not a glamour dealer with salon-like waiting room, though they do have good coffee. Their vehicles are CarFax researched and attractively priced. We needed a car in a hurry and they came thru with a good car, great price, pickup, delivery and attention at the moment of truth when minor issues were brought to light. I will deal with them again and recommend them to my friends.

****BUYER BEWARE**** I drove to Chicago all the way from St. Louis and I Am Not A HAPPY CAMPER. 🤬 I bought a 2010 Jeep Patriot from ELITE CAR SALES which Max is who I dealt with. Didnt even have the car 4 months and the transmission went out. So I called Max asked him if I was able to just bring the vehicle back and pay a little Extra money to get another vehicle from him since transmission was going out. Max 😢🤦‍♀️ Told me to get a second opinion to make sure it was really the transmission and that he would call and send me to the Jeep Dealership up here. I played phone tag with him for over 2 months and Of course that NEVER HAPPENED 🤦‍♀️ time after time he began to ignore my calls and even just read my messages with no response 🤬 I decided to go get my own second opinion which I found out that it was definitely the transmission 😢 well $3,266.00 later my truck is back up and running. WITH NO THANKS TO HIM WHICH IT WOULD STILL SITTING. I will just tell anybody BUYER BEWARE BECAUSE MAX SAYS ALOT OF THINGS THAT HE DOESN’T KEEP HIS PROMISE ON. PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK 🤦‍♀️

I had the worst experience of my life. Max and Danny are very friendly before you purchase the car but as soon as you give them the money they become bad, they dont care about customers they just want your money. I purchased a car from them after 2 days I had check engine light on. I call they never answer their phone. When I took the car back they keept clearing the light. They never fixed it I had to take it somewhere else and pay $800 to fix it . Stay away from them they are not honest.

Worst car buying experience ever!! Would not recommend to buy a car from ELITE. I had paid for a 2006 BMW cash with a car trade in. They told me it was a good car, go head and drive it any problems let us know. Since they had just brought it in from the auction and it was almost closing time. I let them know 5 days later of a transmisson problem so they said to just bring it in. I brought it in and they had me drive a 2001 with a speedometer not working til they found something else for me. I went in a week later they had a 2002 BMW for me. I told them I paid for a 2006 SUV so thats what I should receive. Again they told me go head continue to drive the 2001 til we find a 2006. The 2001 started smoking, come to find out it was the head gasket. I was back n forth their to find out I have to pay for it since ive been driving it. Remind u still waiting for my 2006 suv from them that they promised. Ive been back and forth to this dealership so many times and waited all day there for them to help me out either with my 2006 or fix the problems with the 2001. They would go about their business fixing other cars that of course their getting paid for and they left me, the one that paid them already 5000 cash with a car trade in. Waiting for nothing to be done. They promised me my money back but that never happened.I was so tired of going there I gave up. So now Im stuck with an suv that wont pass the emmission test. Will never buy a car from Elite dealership.

This wad the worst car experience I ever had. I purchased the xar in March of last year Danny wanted me to pay $1000 dollars for repairs before I purchased the 2005 Landrover LR3. I get the truck in may my door handle popped out.. a few weeks later had to purchase an alternator... 2 or three weeks after that the rear end went out... and the transmission starts slipping... after that hes had the truck since November and didnt care enough to call.. I paid almost 8k cash.... WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER...

Horrible experience. Had to wait 3 hours for the guy to show up and sell me the car. THEN get it home to find out none of the work he promised me would be done actually got done. Now they wont return an email or phone call. Whatever you do, go somewhere else!!

Tried to sell a Honda accord that Im pretty sure was previously a flooded vehicle for market value. I wouldnt trust this spot, but used car dealers are shady in general.
