Do not go see anyone else to do your installations. This is by far the best installer there is in Chicago. Stephen was so kind, patient, and responsive to our needs. There were no hidden fees and he asked us a lot of questions about how we would like this to look. I seriously could not be any happier with this installation. We used HD installs to mount our TV above the fireplace. Everyone was very responsive and knowledgeable during the booking. Charles did the install and had a lot of great recommendations. Stefan was great. Came out for my appointment and informed me I could use a cheaper (just as reliable) mount that had less features and the install would be $50 less. I replaced the mount in two days and got $130 back... in total he saved me $180! The install looks great too!

I wonder why google does not have 10 stars because this company are 100. I am sure theyve seen a lot of things, but my work was really complicated and I could not picture in my mind how to do it since I did not have plugs around, but when Stefan told me how would it be done I could finally picture it and It looks perfect and clean.

If you want your installation done right you must have HD Install do your work. I had do my first installation 9 years ago and it was done perfectly so when I wanted my new TV installed I called Stefan to do his professional work again. Great reviews led me to call HD Installs. On the phone and in person, Stefan was great. He did a wonderful job installing my Samsung The Frame TV on a quartz wall - something that I was sure wouldnt be easy. Highly recommend. Ill be calling him next time I need an install.

Save yourself the hassle and hire these guys for all your residential / commercial entertainment centers. These guys were fast with responding and came in the time frame they promised, even gave a call to let us know they were minutes away. The service they provided for us was top notch and professional. The installer was even generous enough to put up some picture frames for me since I was moving into my home. Couldn’t ask for a better company to call to install my entertainment center. Will be calling them for any future jobs.

I initially contacted Chicago TV Installer because they had the most reviews. Luckily for me the moment I asked them to hold they hung up so I called HD Installs. The prices were better and the customer service was outstanding. I contacted them the day of wanting an installation and they were very accommodating in fitting me into their schedule. The work was done in a professional manner and we couldnt be happier.

Stephan is a true professional. Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and hard working. He really goes out of his way to do a good job for you. He even came back a second time, without charge, because I discovered alternative mounting brackets after he originally hung my tv and soundbar, which alternative brackets would work better than those we first installed. I cant recommend him enough.

I am a review critic. I look at all reviews and think these people might have had great service but I will be the exception. I was wrong with HDInstalls. Great service is the rule with this company, not the exception. Charles was my installer and you are in luck if he shows up at your door. He crushed our install from start to finish. Charles suggested the perfect location for where the tv should go and then mounted said tv with pinpoint accuracy, answering my dumb questions along the way. Let me also note the price. You will not find a company that does this good of work at such a great price. Do yourself a favor and hire this company now... like right now.

Stefan was Great He put up my 50 inch Tv. Called 30 mins before arrival. He introduce himself Professionally. took his shoes off at the door without being Told. Got straight to the job finished about 30 mins Or less did everything his self. He clean up after his Self such great service and Nice Quality of work. Let me just say, if you get a call and Charles is coming to do your install...just sit back and relax, because youre about to have an awesome setup. He mounted two TVs for us all on his own. Mario made an appointment from Tuesday 9-11. Mike and Mario called ahead, came right on time, and did a wonderful job on mounting my tv. Not only did they expertly mount my tv, they ran a cable through the ceiling, ran additional HD lines, placed extra electrical boxes, and a lot more! I am extremely impressed with their work and you would be wise to contract with them. I found out they also do security camera work and other electrical work. I will be contacting my neighbors and trying to set up a date when they can come out to Montgomery (50 miles from Chicago) and hook up a couple of us neighbors on the same day!
