WOW - we are SO grateful to Chicagoland Appliance Repair! I called on a weekend with a fridge emergency and the company was SO quick to connect us with a servicer (Noor). Noor went above and beyond what he needed to do for us. He was accommodating, friendly, and so knowledgeable - if the company can give him a raise, they ABSOLUTELY should for the thoughtful, effective, and VERY efficient (less than 20 minutes from when he walked through the door) expert service he provided us with. If we ever need a repair again, we know who well be calling! :)

Called to get a quote to fix our LG refrigerator and saw many positive reviews. Man who answered the phone was really rude and not really up for doing business. Basically told us not worth it to fix (mind you without even seeing the fridge), but could charge me $129 to see it, but it would be a waste of my money and his time. He told me it would be cheaper just to buy a new fridge (again without even seeing it) and told my husband the repair would be $1600. Not sure where I would find a counter depth, stainless steel, with ice maker and water dispenser for less than that repair, just seems like he didn’t want to be bothered. Not a great way to get customers.

I Manager a few barbershops and these guys are my go to! Always reliable and do good work. Not super pricey and can usually come in a day or 2 if not same day.

This company was great to work with! I was able to schedule a next-day appointment, the owner was very kind, and Wayne repaired my washer in minutes. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Very happy with the service we received. Wayne was friendly, on time (early actually, which was great), and super knowledgeable. He figured out the issue with our dishwasher quickly, fixed it easily, and explained everything he did. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

**OWNER IS DELETING BAD REVIEWS, IF THATS NOT A RED FLAG, PLEASE READ**Spoke to the owner, Al, to set up an appointment. He explained its $99 for the tech to come out and see what repairs need to be done, but if you go through with getting the repairs done with the company, that fee would be waived. Well, the tech came out (he was the only nice person out of this experience) and low and behold we were charged, $99 (even though we scheduled repairs with the company), $107 for the part and another $67 on Friday for the labor. Called the company back, spoke to Al, and he kept saying the $99 was waived, yet we were charged. He said the $99 goes towards the labor with the $67. So $166 in labor..yet his special deal is the $99 will be waived. I had my friend call to set up a fake appointment to see if he still was scamming people into the “$99 waived deal”, and low and behold he did the same speech. Not only did he say it would be waived, he made her fee $89! So I suggest take your business elsewhere. He is charging people whatever he wants, not a set price and is claiming there’s a special, when there is no special. If you’re reading this, please take your business elsewhere unless you want to be scammed! The only positive out of this is that he said he is going to refund us the charges.

Very fast service. I called on Monday and my oven was fixed Wednesday morning during a 30 minute visit. They even had the part with them on the first visit. He wore a mask the whole time.

Second time I use Chicagoland Appliance Repair. Peter came in June to repair my A/C unit and he did a great job. Now my KitchenAid refrigerator stopped working and Nour came out within 30 minutes of my initial call this morning. I have never had any company respond so quickly to my call for service. I highly recommend this company and I am happy to give them all the stars for a job well done.

Great job repairing our furnace. Cornel came within an hour and was able to diagnose the issue and resolved it on the spot. He had what he needed in terms of parts and the price was decent. I will use them again if I need to.

Called in morning after seeing they had 5 stars for reviews. Cornel & Peter came out promptly when they said they would in mid afternoon. Very professional, courteous & knowledgeable. After they checked my appliance manual they told me it was under warranty. In addition, they looked up all information that I would be required to give LG & wrote all numbers down including the phone number to call. That extra mile they took was extremely helpful to me.I would DEFINITELY recommend this company for appliance repair. You will always feel you made the right decision.

Saw this business was local and had 5 stars. Great to both, will gladly support a local business with good ratings. Called on a Monday afternoon. Made and set up an appointment for next day, was told that I would get a call regarding the time. Mid day Tuesday i call again to ask about the time of appointment. I was told someone will call me back. I wait.it is now Friday, still no call from the business. A simple call back saying they could or couldnt do the job would have sufficed. I chose to go elsewhere with my business at this time.

They did a great prompt job, repairing my fridge with one day turnaround.

A ripped off company

Great service from Chicagoland. Quick and fair-priced.I just used them again for my GE fridge and Noor came out on Saturday morning. He fixed it on the spot. We are so happy with the service and we will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to others.

Our LG combo washer/dryer was having a lot of issues (ie. OE errors, wouldnt drain, etc) I submitted a contact us form on their website on Sunday afternoon and was contacted within in 15 minutes of submission. I was pleasantly surprised that they got back to me so fast. The technician came out within a day to take a look (Lakeview, Chicago area). He was prompt with the appointment time and efficient while assessing our machine. After inspecting the machine, he narrowed down the issue to our motor which had seen better days. He came prepared with a replacement motor and after getting my approval of the estimate (labor + parts), proceeded to fix the washer/dryer. I was happy that he stayed and did a couple test runs to make sure nothing else was wrong or needed to be replaced. My washer/dryer works like new now!Thank you so much, Chicagoland Appliance Repair, Ill be sure to use you again if I have any appliance issues!

Chicagoland Appliance Repair setup an appointment for me the same day and the tech was right on his way to my home within an hour.My freezer was working fine but the refrigerator side was not.He diagnosed the problem quickly and showed me where the issue was.He had it repaired on the same visit which was great. I am happy with the service and will use them again.

I am rating this business with 5 stars because of their immediate response and honesty! I called them about my 2.5 year old fridge and when I described the problem, he recommended that I call the manufacturer because the parts needed were still under warranty! I called the manufacturer and yes all my parts are covered under the warranty! To All the owner and Noor his repair tech..thank you for your help and HONESTY! You two saved me over 500.00! It is so refreshing to know that there are true honest and helpful repair services!

Called them in the morning and got booked on the same day for repair of my 8 year old Viking refrigerator. Arrived on time and diagnosed the issue in under 5 minutes. Had all parts on his truck and quickly repaired the fridge. Great service and a decent price. I will use again in the future.

Great and reasonable advice. After receiving a Sears Repair bid to fix my fridge for $1,000, I called Chicagoland Appliance Repair. The technician showed me the two plastic parts that I needed to replace, advised me to buy them myself online, and quickly showed me how to install them when they arrived. Thats $950 saved!

I called them for a service call to check out my LG washer and they had me scheduled the same day. Tech knew what he was doing and got my approval for the total cost. He then proceeded to repair the washer. He was easy to work with and enjoyed our conversation about engineering stuff we both studied the same thing in College. I own a few condos around the Chicago area and I will definitely call again every time I need them.

This is a good company to hire for refrigeration.Nour is one you should contact regarding refrigerator repair. He repaired my ice maker and it was working like new. No complaints whatsoever and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My refrigerator stopped working overnight and I gave Chicagoland Appliance Repair a call. Nori (spelling?) came hand fixed my fridge about two hours later and the repair took about an hour and 15 minutes.He showed me the parts that broke and explained what needed to be done.I was lucky he had the part with himOverall a good experience and the bonus is the price was not really that expensive.I highly recommend.

From our brief encounter with Noor the technician who came to the house this morning, I believe he is a professional with lots of experience in the field. I called Chicagoland appliance repair for a broken LG fridge.Tech named Nor came and said the board on the fridge was bad and needed to be replaced. He gave me the total cost which I agreed to and he went ahead and changed it on the spot. I would recommend Nor to others.

Awesome service from start to finish. Chicagoland repaired our 7 or 8 year old Samsung fridge which wasnt getting cold anymore. The tech that was at my house is NOOR (spellingt?) he did a wonderful job. He seemed like a very nice gentleman. I will definitely call them again
