Terrible I was really disappointed because I was referred to by a close friend.. shirts wasn’t ready on time.

I ordered T-shirts for our first family reunion & the shirts are Terrible I wouldn’t get T-shirts from here if they were free!!!!

I come into Its Major for UPS package pick up the ppl are very prompt and courteous the repetitive question to verify my address can be irritating after providing my DL.

BEWARE!!!!!!!! This business is extremely unprofessional. They did not have my shirt ready by the day that I specifically asked for. I gave them plenty of time and they never called. I had to call them the guy told me that they were backed up so they would close at 9 p.m. instead of 8. I get there before 9 p.m. and they are closed, they have my shirt and my money and Im just out of luck. I am not an unreasonable person and I realize that things get backed up, however, the lack of communication is unexcusable. Piss poor service, I will never patronize this establishment again and I will spread the word like a wildfire.

Its good, friendly staff, they go into detail to be sure your project is right. Easy to fill out what you want. Small little place but theyre still there. Hate the in-scents light a candle instead. Or just spray some air freshener.

Its a very professional environment and the owner does a great job of making every customer feel important. I received my order in a timely fashion and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them again!

Went there this past weekend November 14 to get a rush order done. Was told it would be ready in about 3 hours. Came back and the order wasnt ready due to a mix up. The young lady handled it professionally and explained to the artist that this was a rush order. The artist asked me to come back in an hour. Came back (had to wait a little bit - thats why 4 stars instead of 5), but the order was perfect. My wife and I loved. The artist has great skills. Love the shop. We will be back.

Put in A custom order go it back in a few days as... were told if not sooner....🤓......Good People... Great Work!!!

He told us to come at 1 we get there he chancged it to 3 or 4 .3 oclock he was not doje so we came back at 4 he still was not done.Then he says 4:15 we wait outside til 4:15 and ended up leaving past 5 oclock. This was not the first time something like this has happened

SENDERS BEWARE..If I could give the place a negative 5 I would. Ive never purchased an item from here however I do receive packages from UPS here. Ive picked my items here before without an issue until a week ago. I ordered some items from Nordstrom online and had them sent here. I use the ups my choice in order to track my items and it alerted that my package had arrived ready for customer pickup. Im away at duty and I have someone pick it up for me,for a rep here to say ups never came and that my package was not there. Yet UPS my choice,UPS customer service and Nordstrom customer service says otherwise and that the package was signed for. A female rep for this location got on the phone and was really ignorant about the situation, and when she gave the phone to a male rep he was matching her same energy. I even got a 3 way call set up between the reps of this location with UPS and Nordstrom,zero cooperation. At this point my package is considered stolen. Nordstrom decided to just replace my package. I called days later and asked about my package again,miraculously my package is there, but the question remains is how would I have known because the tracking ended days prior. I received my package ripped open and taped back up. I guess they didnt find the right high end items they were searching for. I reported this locations .

Worst service Ive ever had. They messed up the item I needed embroidered and then blamed it on me for not choosing the right colors. They never called to tell me about all the problems that occurred, I had to call myself for them to explain that they messed up my order! If you want cheap & sloppy, rude and bad service, then this is your place!

This is an UPS Proceesing Pick-up Ctr. I was angry initially because I thought I didnt have access. I called the number on the door and he directed me to the door so I could pick-up my package finally. Thank GOD for Its Major Inc....thank you for my packages!!!!

Horrible service I ordered 2 shirts on a friday was promised they would be ready saturday. Here it is tuesday shirts still not ready. So unacceptable I will NEVER go back there nor will i recommend them to anyone. U try to support black business then they show you why you rather give the chinese your money. At least with them if my order was reafy on time they would compensate u some kind of way not these black people.

I have used this place for a while but they really messed up at the wrong time. Had an Rip shirt made I have a funeral to attend and wanted to wear my shirt. I tried the shirt on in-store a 2x and they made an xl shirt now Im just hurt because it ment a lot to me to have this shirt to wear out of town. They messed up my bottoms too. Just so disappointed right now.

First let me say I never in my life have been so upset, angry, pissed, mad with a business as I am with this one right here. I took my order in to Major on Sunday June 5th 2016 right after we left church. Wrote down on the order form in which they gave me what was going to be air brushed on the shirt. It was suppose to be an air brushed portrait of my bosses daughter and all she wanted was the face with the words Daddys Little Girl. They were giving an entire week to do this for her and I was going to come get the shirt on the following Sunday June 12th. When I drove to the store located on 1737 E 71st St, Chicago, IL 60649 which is no where close to where I stay or where my church is the shirt wasnt ready. I was pissed. Major gave me an excuse stating that the air brush guy havent made it in all week. But not once did they contact me in any way. He stated the they guy will be in on Monday and I can come get it then I was like it was suppose to be done today. So he states to me it be done and worth our wait. Mind you Monday comes shirt still not finished. Called Tuesday shirt still not done and now the excise was the air brush guys car has been down and he lives out north. Today I go get the shirt and when I say I wanted to scream bloody murder the portrait looked like my 3 year old nephew drew it. I wish I could post it on here so you can see how trouble it is but I cant. I will never ever ever ever go to this store and if I was you I wouldnt neither.
