We worked with them to completely redesign and launch a new website, as well as overhaul our SEO and PPC campaigns. We launched the site in April of 2014 and we couldn’t be happier.As far as the process went, They set up reasonable time frames for each phase of the project, and kept updates on a project management application called Basecamp. I had never used it before, but quickly learned how to navigate and use it. Using Gather Content and Basecamp allowed me to see what assets I owed them, as well as what part of our project they were working on. They were able to make changes and edits quickly, and managed my expectations time wise when the scope of the project would change – inevitably you come up with more, and better ideas when you are in the throes of the project.We had one wireframe that had a few small changes to it. We wrestled with imagery and font, as we had just gone through a re-brand of the company prior to building a new site, so we were building a style guide as we went when it came to standard fonts and colors. But for the most part we only has small changes to the initial presentations Usman presented to us, they really understood our brand, aesthetics, and needs as a company.Working with Usman was a delight from start to finish. They integrated well with other vendors – we had an advertising agency and another database company they needed to work with. They were very nimble and worked very quickly.We don’t have any in house IT so we still retain Usman to manage our website.We are incredibly happy with the way our website turned out. Since launching in April 2014 we have had 9 of the highest months in our 16 year history in new business leads, and web traffic.
