I got my nails done on Wednesday of last week and by Friday (2 days later) it was chipped. I got no chip polish. My nail was also lifting and instead of her taking that part off and relaying the gel, she nail glued it down and its lifting again. She also did not lay the gel properly. It looks like I need a fill in on the same day I got them done.. I dont know if I even want to go back for them to fix it because I dont think it will be fixed properly. I paid 95 bucks for this to be chipping 2 days later. Im very disappointed and disgusted.

I was here once before and got no chip acrylics done and they were the worst I have ever had glue everywhere and I got a pedicure it wasnt bad so I tried them again I thought give them another shot well this time it was the worst pedicure I have ever had ! She didnt even file my toes correctly or get the ruffness from the heal I asked for the manager and she told me it was my problem didnt offer to fix it they refused to do nail art on me as well this place is a joke do not go here !

This is a family owned business and they are absolutely WONDERFUL. I’ve been a customer for the last two years and have always felt welcome. Almost all of the nail technicians are highly skilled and though English is not their 1st language- they are always polite and professional.

Heidi I believe her name was is amazing, she is VERY experienced and helped me tremendously with my nails. I will be going back every 2 weeks. Oh by the way did I mention the PHENOMENAL PRICE$!!! 😁

So I was asked to pay cash because their internet was down. No biggie. I drive all over trying to find an atm, I finally find one and when I get back I noticed no one else was notified about this cash only policy. So I ask, is the internet back up. I was told no it’s not. Then a lady sitting right next to me pulls out her debit card and pays for her service! 😳 I’m like hmm. I was told of all of a sudden the machine is working and the internet is fine. .... I’m not trying to play the black card though so maybe just a coincidence right??

I been coming here for my eyebrows only since they are so gentle with me. I needed to find a new nail place in budget and they delivered. The man who did my nails kept me laughing, saved me money, and they are so beautiful. A young lady did my pedicure and she took her time made me relaxed and was calm even with my ticklish feet. $63 for full service which is about the price I normally pay for my nails when I want something loud and sexy. I will be going here when I just want an everyday nail.

My daughter introduced me to this place 2.5 years ago and I have been coming back ever since. Prices reasonable. Im greeted by my first name whenever I come in. They ask how my daughter is doing even though she moved away. Its nice to be treated as more than just a customer.

Im only giving 2 stars for the pricing and the nail shape, the main reason I am posting is because I got a fill in acrylic with a no chip nail color and the 2 nails chipped the very next day and they continue to get worse as the days progress, this is my first ever no chip and my friends tell me a no chip should last WEEKS and also that it shouldnt be easy to come off. So I am very upset, first and probably last time customer which is disappointing because its less than 2 min from my house. 😡

Worst experience in my entire life. DO NOT go there. I went there for the first time yesterday because I wanted to try a new place. The place looked filthy and everything is old but still I wont judge by the cover. A Tom ( I believe his name was) was sitting there with his shoes off talking on the phone. I told him I wanted full set French square. He started making the weirdest remarks to me I thought to myself is he drunk??? Anyways, he was sloppy and cutting in a fast sloppy way and I was patient. Then after he put on the white tips he started cutting round and after he cut two fingers I was like what are you doing???? I wanted square!!! He hit his forehead and said oh yeah, I forgot then, like a complete idiot he started plucking the glued tips off my nails and my real nails are very thin. I questioned him then he got up and got acetone and soaked them then they got loose and got out. He did such a horrible sloppy job he had gell all over my fingers. Then he had a bubble on one of my fingernails and I asked him to fix it and he didnt. I shut my mouth and wanted to just get the hell out, after all this horrible job it was 40 dollars which is way more than what I pay at real nice places and he wanted tip too (hell no I wasnt gonna give him a tip). Today in the morning I woke up and went to the bathroom, I washed my hands and the middle finger nail flew right off while I watched in disbelief!!!!!!! I was livid and mad as hell so I called them and went back and he fixed it but was very very RUDE and did an even more horrible job that I KNOW the nail is gonna break again. This is the worst place ever and theyre NOT clean and expensive too. I told all my family and friends and lots of people told me why I went there to begin with! Im warning everyone, DO NOT go there. Weird as hell!!!!

I went for a fill in. It was fast due to not too many people there. They werent as pleasant as i would expected. Total charge 35.00.

Worse experience ever. The guy was incredibly rude. Throwing the utensils into the nail bowl causing the water to splash all over me he was rushing through my pedicure putting no care behind his work at all! But I still sat there and tried to be patient. Then another customer kept interrupting my pedicure for him to fix her toes. Then the last straw is when he stabbed me with the cuticle remover!!!! Causing me to bleed. Needless to say, I told him to stop and got up and walked out. This was first and definitely my LAST time coming to this shop

I was very disappointed. My nails were rushed they didnt even last a week. The thickness was uneven as Well... When I went in to try and fix them I was greeted not in a friendly manner.... The pedicure was mediocre for the price paid

The salon is clean however nail techs seem to not listen to what the customer asks for. Nails have broken a few times only days after getting them done. Personally, I would find a different nail salon

Horrible. My nails were done super fast, and very crooked. I asked for the shape coffin but I instead got a oval type shape. Nail polish was applied on horribly & came off very easily after I let it dry. Will NOT be coming back.

My latest experience here was awful. Ive only even been here twice. However, the first time I went here wasnt as bad so I gave it two stars. The second time I got my nails done, the man who was doing them even told me he didnt do nails.I noticed before he told me because the order of how he was doing them was incorrect and he was filing away on them. The young man who did my nails was also pretty odd with his remarks. I believe they took advantage of my me and my business at their shop because Im very young. When I showed my mother my nails, (my mom has been getting her nails done for 30+ years) she thought they were at least a week and a half old and couldnt believe Id just gotten them done the day before. I did not leave a tip and will not come back here. I will also tell my friends about my experience. And if I get nail fungus or have any problems with my nails, I will report this establishment for likely allowing people with no proper credentials to perform a service that requires it.

My friend Minnie left a review here making a complaint that the young man who is meant for toes did her acrylics and did an awful job. Your institution replied back to her accusing her of lying saying there is no young man who works there, however we just called and got verified that there was a young man. I find it unbelievable that even the bosses feel the need to lie to their customers. It makes me sick seeing this is how your institution takes the situation. I just wish someone taught you not to lie as a kid, but anyway thank you for your awful service. Well be sure to advertise your place by letting everyone know how awful it is. I hope the young man is reading this with you all ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I got my nails done in may ok and there was nothing wrong with them its just the price was 50$ for a no chip which is insane stating the fact that ive gotten no chip and they were a full set of acrylics and they were only 20$

Horrible. If you want a mani or pedi it will probably be fine. Staff doesn’t understand new nail shapes like coffin or stiletto and Don’t care enough to try with new styles. Couldn’t even polish my nails right. My my nails have ripples in the polish so it’s not a smooth finish. I would stay away from here if you cared about shape, clean polish and professionalism. This one star is extremely generous. I wish I could post a video of my nails you would be just as disgusted as me.

I came here for the first time, i got the no chip gel nail polish. The staff was a bit in hurry she messed up my thumb and my pinky and she said it’s ok. It will go away. She was right the nail polish came off just because I took a shower and it was like peeling off. So I came back to get it repaired after work. She started fixing them then asked me to wash my hands. Then when I got back she took a new customer and made me wait to get them repaired. Worse place to get your nails done. STAY AWAY. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I went to get my nails done and when I ask them to do something they did something else. Also I got my nails done and the next morning my designs just came off. They did very bad paint my nails and I don’t recommend going there!!

Poor service nail attendant has a bad attitude. She got angry because I didnt want to purchase the foot scrub and $35 package. I asked to let my foot soak and she refused. I walked out and will never come here again!

Probably the worst acrylics Ive ever gotten, they ruined my nails and put a dent in my thumb nail, not only did they over shave down my nails the actual acrylic was put on unevenly and messily
