My package arrived at there facility and on the next day I got a notification that they could not find my address in there system so they pawned my package off to USPS. I live in an area where the post office doesnt deliver so it went to my local post office. Luckily the employee there new my address and kept it or it would have gone back and I would have had to pay restocking fee. They need to post local number on website because automated phone line doesnt work for situations like this.
Signs ! Signs ! Needed to indicate where the customer entrance is located.Office phone number for the building not the corporate number will make easier for customers to be able to communicate with the local office 😀.I called one number and got corporate instead.I drove to the warehouse specifically to deliver the package I needed to ship and almost left because I was feeling confused about missing signs.
Great customer service and on time service. Ive been coming here for quite some time and everything Ive come to do here goes off like a hitch. People are friendlyand professional and is just an all around good place to go to ship packages. They have never let me down.
Just recently moved to the area, the customer service is outstandingly bad. Some of my packages will arrive but then they’ll hold others, even though I use the same address for everything. I’ll pay for my packages and for them to be shipped on specific dates and I don’t get any calls back from management or customer service when I try to figure out why. I am super disappointed and will definitely be contacting Amazon to ask them to stop using this facility for shipping and delivering.
Wanna know something cool?If you pay for early am shipping, and ups fails to accomplish that, they will forge a signature without delivering the package. Drivers do no care about anything. Had a package delivered 2 days late even though the truck drove through my neighborhood. I was also watching the “live tracking” and the driver sat in one spot for over an hour. I would imagine your drivers are stopping at friends houses while they’re on their routes. Also, a few months ago I had a driver drop a package off at my door and watched her walk away with my my package. Your drivers are not paying attention to where they are delivering packages.
The young lady at the customer center was very helpful and she knew her job. But I was disappointed that my package was smashed and I had to take it back. After waiting over a week to get it would have been nice if it had arrived in one piece.

Amazon, FedEx, and USPS have had no problem delivering on my street the past three days and UPS continues to claim there is a severe weather delay. I spoke to someone from UPS who told me that had chains on their tires and shouldn’t have any problem delivering. So why the hell is my package still being delayed? UPS in Cheyenne are lazy plain and simple.
Every single thing I have ordered that is shipped with UPS has been consistently 2-3 days late. The worst part is I will track my package and it will arrive at the facility on time, they just hold it for several days for some unknown reason. This is the third time this has happened. I used to live in another city and this was never an issue. I’m not sure why it is here.
Put the correct phone number and drivers knock or ring the bell. I have had packages opened and when the item would be of no use to anyone but me it was put back at my door.
I don’t know what’s wrong with UPS but i’ve never had problems with USPS, Amazon, FedEx.. none of them but as soon as i have something coming in from UPS they delay my delivery with no reason at all. I’ve read reviews saying that the workers are lazy but i didn’t think it was this bad.
The driver honked and whistled at me to come to B the truck only to tell me he couldn’t find the package and drive off. Apparently he returned 20 minutes later because I heard another honk. When i looked out there were my dad’s prescriptions sitting inside the gate but a fair walk from the door. He knew they were prescriptions because i told him earlier and everything was shoveled and dry. Super rude driver!!!!
Someone at UPS stole the items out of my boxes and Im getting the run-around with this place. Its the only office in the 7 places my package went through that doesnt have cameras. Go figure.
Nobody there during business hours. If you have a signature required package, be prepared for them not to deliver to your house. Also, be prepared for it to end up at this location and for nobody to be there.
I recently used this facility to ship a few packages for the first time and I was happy with how things went. Great customer service from a friendly employee. Made shipping a package a quick and easy process.
When amazon says it is delivered and that is not the case this is the place you will probably end upHowever not until you have gone to the website that repeatedly ask you to log in so it can gauge your tolerance to frustration so you will be properly prepared for the phone call that will fill you with the mind numbing hopelessness so much like sam and Froto you set off on your journey for the narrow window of time 2 hrs in the middle of the afternoon rush and when the end of your quest seems to be in sight you will be directed to the website and phone number from where your quest begins...unless your name is Tucker Carlson in which they will call in the team of crack investigators and seal team 7
I dont review places online... except for here. Ive had this issue multiple times and Ive gotten a bit sick of it. Picking up signature required packages here is a huge pain. They are only open for very specific times for pickup, except they will not guarantee that your package will actually be there during that time. Ive been told to come back, and actually done it only to find that the package is still not available and to come back again. Its a colossal waste of my time and its completely on me to just know when to pick up the package. If Im told when to be there for pickup, it would be great if it were actually there instead of being on the truck. ETAs are impossibly vague and unreliable: it could be 5 minutes or 45. If you need to pick up a package... good luck. Youre going to need it.

Had to pick up a package that had my address incorrect on it. There was only 1 person working the counter. This gentleman was nice but they only have very short open hours and there were 6 of us that needed to be helped.

They seem to have a hard time delivering packages to the correct address. Said they would take care of the problem but of course never did. UPS even sent out a survey to see how the problem was resolved and I never heard back from that either.
I wouldnt even give them one star, ordered something that shouldve been here 2 days ago, and its still not. Glad I payed the extra 20 bucks for quick shipping to not even get my 300 dollar horn for my truck
I guess you dont live in my area in the Avenues. My driver is Mike and he is awesome. He always has a smile, he waits to see if you answer, he will see if you have a note to leave package at a neighbors or he is good at hiding the packages. I am sorry you folks on here have had bad experiences.
UPS consistently delivers packages by never knocking or attempting to knock and then just dropping them off at an inconvenient access location for me to pick up later. If I wanted to go pick things up then what is the point of having them delivered? I have personally caught them multiple times walking up to the door with a pre-written slip saying delivery attempted and then just trying to post it on the door and walk away, they dont even have the package with them. The two times I confronted the driver he actually had to go back to the truck to get the package he didnt bother bringing with him the first time.
Ordered a package from California, it’s been 6 days and still don’t know where it is. According to Tracking it spent 3 days in Denver and today said it’s at this location in Cheyenne, went to pick it up and they said it must still be in Denver. “Guaranteed delivery by the 3rd of December” but here we go again with another empty promise. UPS has really went downhill over the last few years so I dread to see something only have UPS ground shipping when I order online.
I had to go pick up a package after the delivery person couldnt find my apparment.I went during the posted open hours and found a hand written sign saying they were closed.I had to go a second time. The employees were helpful, although not terribly polite.The short and odd hours make it hard to to there with my work schedule, and theres no way to call ahead and confirm that theyll be open.In the end, I got my package and it a worked out.
The UPS driver gave my package to a stranger and when I contacted customer service they told me I have to call the sender to start an investigation. They messed up big time and Im out time and money and apparently I have to do the runaround to try to fix it too.
Paid for next day shipping, and a day after I amstill waiting. Need book for class, and instead of reading it I am writing this review. After finally navigating the voice features to speak to an actual person, I had to provide a solution of offering to meet the driver rather than it being provided to me. Amazon gave a guarantee of being delivered. Wish they were trying to make this right instead of me doing the leg work here. :/Update: Driver was very courteous when called,so s/o to him. Three stars now mainly for delays.
Worst Ups center we had two different issues with them. They lost our package, which we were ordered for one day shipping. We didnt get till 4 days later. Package was opened. They all were useless. Will try to never use them again. I give them 0 stars but its not on option

Driver left a slip on my door, but did not fill anything out on the slip. Trying to call and talk to a person was terrible! Never did get to speak with anyone. I give a 0 if I could.

Tracking says my package is out for delivery. I check my tracking information and it was up dated that an attempt was made to deliver my package five minutes earlier. I was home and absolutely no attempt was made to deliver my package. I called ups to have them hold my package at the facility. They call me ten minutes before my package is supposed to arrive saying the driver is going to be late and I wont be able to retrieve my package until tomorrow. Why did I even pay for over night shipping when I wont receive as scheduled.
My package has been driving around Cheyenne in the truck for 4 days now and wont deliver due to weather but USPS and FedEx seems to be doing just fine.
Unbelievably poor service. Four deliveries since Christmas and they have not gotten one right yet. When you call to complain you are put on hold and told the situation will be escalated. Such a shame, because customer service in Cheyenne is by and large outstanding.The latest incident involved two packages that tracking information said was left at the house on Wednesday. Apparently at the house means behind the dumpster at the entrance to our driveway. If there was a way to give negative stars, they certainly have earned it.
Nothing but problems with this shipper. Only 1 of my multiple shipments from them have actually made it on time. Most orders we are told the driver needs a signature yet never arrives and on 2 separate occasions we have had a driver come up to our door slap a sorry we missed you sticker on our door and walk away no package in hand and never knocking on the door. The people in the customer center are rude and very unprofessional any attempt for a shipping fee refund has been met with we are going to send it back to the seller and you can get a shipping fee refund from them after it arrives have a good day. Worst shipping company in town hands down.
The driver who would only give us his 1st name which is Tyler was driving up the private driveway way too fast in truck number 661302. Sped past the house and turned around in the field off the road which he didnt have permission to drive off the road. There were FIVE children playing outside having a water gun fight at the time, running in all directions when he SPED by. When he was stopped and yelled at for carelessly driving when there are children out playing he smirked and shook his head and said well, I dont see any kids anywhere, show me the kids mame We said they are running around everywhere! He was very rude and said he wouldnt deliver here again. We had every right to be upset with him driving through the property that way and ESPECIALLY when we knew we had 5 kids running about even if the driver didnt see them. Very upset customer right here!! Never had I been so afraid for my kids, nieces and nephews getting run over and then to be treated with utter disrespect and disregard for our property, our feelings and our childrens lives!!! 😡
I ordered merchandise from Amazon. Amazon shipped it out and was received by the Cheyenne UPS Center. This occured on Monday, March 4, 2019. The past weekend we had some bad weather. Monday, though, the roads were good. I used tracking where it said out for delivery. At around 2 pm the tracking app said delivery was delayed due to an emergency or weather. Tuesday the same thing happened. Again the roads were good. I called customer service, which is located in Guatemala, and explained to the agent my concern. Of course he looks at the tracking app and just echoes what that says. I tried to explain but he didnt do anything. In frustration I said I would pick it up at the Cheyenne UPS Center. The next day the UPS truck delivers a package to my neighbors. Its snowing, the weather is worse than it was Monday and Tuesday . So I call customer service again and ask if UPS would try to deliver again. After some going back and forth they agree and say they will send a communication and it will be delivered. That was Wednesday the 7th. Thursday my package is not delivered. I call customer service again. Lo and behold they dont know anything about a redelivery. So again, after several minutes, I am told they will take care of it. Friday morning no package is out for delivery. So I call customer service again. Again the agent I talk to has no idea about a redelivery attempt. He sends a communication and tells me that someone will call me by 10 am. Nobody calls. In frustration I call the UPS store in Cheyenne. I explain to a women there my predicament. She looks up my tracking number. Again the app reflects no redelivery attempt. I try to explain and the phone is disconnected. I call back and a man answers. I start to explain my situation and he says let me put you on withIn Joanne. The phone clicks and is disconnected again. I am so frustrated I call Amazon. They listen and refund my money. They then go on to say if I get the package to keep it. Thats what I call customer service. Maybe UPS should take a lesson from them.
I dont want to say all UPS drivers fit into the description of what I am thinking right now. The individual who delivered a package to our area in Torrington WY. Really needs to take her time in reading the delivery label that was printed on the package. The house that it was delivered to was two blocks down from me. If it wasnt for that person who received my item call me it would of been a loss to the seller.
Got email package was there. Got there, it wasnt there. Cant call them to find out if packages are actually there. Drivers will leave packages on doorsteps without knocking or ringing the bell even when they are supposed to get a signature.
Horrible customer service 3 deliveries all in 1 week have not been delivered on time. First 2 were 5+ days late. 3rd the driver said address was undeliverable due to address being wrong. Address has been the same for 3 years and i order 3 to 4 items a week. Driver only used his GPS rather then reading the house numbers on the end of the drive way. Stupid! Call the center hear and it like talking to a wall not a care in the world to her. Asked to have a supervisor call me and was told sure. No call no contact. Thanks for costing me money, but hey it not your problem right?
Packages always get rescheduled no matter what. I called the purchasing company. Their answer sorry UPS hires Incompetent people we fulfilled our part of the deal. Any package coming from Denver get delayed 1 or 2 days.
These people are so rude and incapable. I have to get my sons medication through them once a month and we have problems everytime. I cant even get them to hold the package so that I can pick it up without some kind of mistake occuring. It would be nice if they could get it together and do their jobs!

Delivery attempted on the 20th of March and it is now the 26th. It has been in transit to the access point since and now has no delivery date. Customer service was of no help and have been waiting on a manager to call back. Worst experience with Walmart and UPS.
UPS is always a pain in the ass. I swear I think they run up to the door as quick as possible and leave a delivery notice then take off. They sure as hell wont go out of their way for customer service.
Lost my package! It had priceless memories that were being shipped from TX to WY to my 91 year old Grampa for Christmas. It got lost in Cheyenne... about 1.5 hours away from final delivery destination!
The original Pony Express would have been faster, poor hours, no local number listed, daily origin scans but packages dont get delivered. May as well close local office there is no service there!

Twice in a row my package has been returned to shipper because the package was damaged. Not sure if it was their fault or not but if it was damaged before they received it, it would have been sent back before it got to them.
No tracking information on 3 separate packages...2 sat at starting UPS for 4-5 days...2 got transferred to the post office for delivery... still waiting on last one and its been a week...they need to hire help...hung up after 20 minutes when they finally said Id have another 13 minutes to talk to someone.
Package was “out for delivery “ and not delivered. I checked and the status was changed to “in transit” and received an email stating that my package would be delivered the next day. I contacted UPS corporate office and was told the local office would contact me with an explanation. The local office failed to do so.

Delayed package delivery 3 days in a row for emergency situation. Garbage. package is out for delivery all day then at 8 pm it changes to delayed. Will try my hardest to never use ups again.
They attempted to deliver to my house, but would not let my son sign for the package. They should have left a notice, but did not. Now I do not know who the package was from or how to pick it up. There is no way to track it, since the driver did not leave a notice.
