Absolutely the only place in town to get your hot tub serviced. After waiting weeks to hear from patio splash (where we bought the tub) we decided to try spa duck. Shane was professional and incredibly helpful. Even saved us money by working on circuit board. Definitely call spa duck if you live in Cheyenne and have spa issues

I called him because our hot tub was throwing a fault code. He answered the phone on the first try. He was very patient and gave me lots of help and ideas over the phone. Even offered to come out and take a look on Christmas Eve if I couldn’t get it working. Followed up with more helpful info after our phone call. Wouldn’t have got it working without his help.
