Two gentlemen from Mighty Ducks came out to clean our fireplace and check out some questionable duct work, they were incredible, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, they explained everything in detail, and offered suggestions and options when there was an issue. Due to the previous owner not taking care of things properly the fireplace has some damage and couldnt be cleaned. They showed me the problems and made sure I understood what needs fixed so that we can safely use our fireplace. They were truly fantastic and I will without question use them again!

A+ rating all the way! We received a text from the techs, letting us know they were on their way. Arrived on time! Both gentlemen were courteous and got right to work. We had our chimney swept and wood burning stove cleaned... I was amazed to hear all of the residue being vacuumed out (we bought a very old house and it had been several years since the previous owner had the chimney swept). I was also pleased how clean the entire process was. We will definitely be using Mighty Ducts in the future! Great job!!

They worked great with my schedule and came out to my house outside town without issue. The team was polite. I had some reserves due some questions they asked me along the way about only cleaning one system and saving money (strange for a company) but we got past it. They were so polite to my mother who stayed while they cleaned. Great team. Only issue was the air conditioner that went out after they left. Working on getting system back up and working. Make sure check all systems prior to them leaving to make sure you do not have issues. Overall, good experience

Very professional, Eric was very friendly and helpful. Explained what they were going to do, and helped understand how to maintain our vents. I would recommend him anytime. Did not get the name of the other guy, but he checked out our heating vents and also explained how to maintain our vents. Over all Mighty Ducts is a 10 plus. Highly recommended😀

Great service! The gentlemen who came to clean our vents were very professional and helpful. They walked me through the process before they began, answered all my questions and even helped me accommodate nap time for my little one by cleaning his room first. They showed me pictures of the before and after and cleaned up when they were finished. Highly recommend!

Moved into a new property and wanted to have the chimney inspected and cleaned if needed. Received a text when their crew was en route and even arrived early. They inspected and even fixed the sliding door in front of the fireplace that had come off the railing for no extra charge. Didnt try and upsell me to have the chimney cleaned, which is what I was expecting. Will definitely use again next summer to maintain the chimney.

They showed on time and got right to work, very efficient and friendly. They took pictures of the ducts before and after and showed them to me. An hour later they were done and cleaned after and used a cover to protect our carpet, we were pleased with this company and would use them again.

Everything as clean and neat when they left, and our ventilation system was clean for the arrival of kin for Frontier Days. Highly recommended.

Technician was awesome and did a great job.However, they are trying to make me pay for services I did not receive and are very difficult to work with. A simple pellet stove pipe clean out due to a birds nest is being billed at $225 to clean a pellet stove. They did not clean the pellet stove. I clean my own pellet stove. No upfront pricing. Office personnel puts blame on technician. Terrible - no resolution in getting a correct invoice to reflect the work they did.

Mighty Ducts were very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning our furnace ducts. We had used a different local company before and they didnt do anywhere near the great job Mighty Ducts did. They took before and after pictures which showed how much cleaner everything is now. A great company to work with!!

Very happy with Might Ducts service. They did a great job cleaning our ducts.Last time we had our ducts cleaned we used a different company. They charged less, but did not do a good job. There was dirt and dust particles all over our couch in the finished basement and on the floor. Will use Mighty Ducts next time.

I found that my boiler was flaming over extremely bad.( i caused an emergency situation from my negligence) I called mighty ducts at about 3 o’clock on a Friday and they were at my front door an hr later. They considered me and my family a top priority and treated us extremely well. I would give them more stars if I could. They are great people! I won’t use anyone else.

Had a little mix up when we needed our ducts cleaned and the wrong person was sent, but a few days later a couple cleaners came on time and were extremely friendly and professional! They didnt leave a mess and were very courteous and quick. Great people with great service!

Shopped around for quotes before finally choosing Mighty Ducts. They had a great price for everything I needed which was complete cleaning of the HVAC in my home. I don’t think our house ever had this done by previous owners so I could really tell a difference in air quality after they were done. They were on time, professional, nice, and fast. Yall get your ducts cleaned! I have multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS), and we keep a completely scent-free home. But I had no idea getting this work done would make such a great difference. Mighty Ducts was so professional, and I am so please with the results. I know it sounds weird, but the air in our house (winter time, so we are using the furnace) feels lighter. They were on time, got right to work, and it didnt take much time to complete. They cleaned our vents and ducts and then installed the APCO whole house air purifier. I highly recommend Mighty Ducts and the APCO. It just feels so much fresher, cleaner, and scent-free in our house now, and my MCS has calmed down since the cleaning.

They didnt really make any mess, they used a drop cloth and the fireplace and surrounding area were cleaner than when they came in. I scheduled a duct cleaning service. Two technicians showed up on time and provided inspection. Then I was told the duct is clean and do not require cleaning. The charge for inspection only is very reasonable. I appreciate the honesty of this business. Will continue using the service if ever needed cleaning in the future.

Very efficient from beginning to end. Scheduling was easy. Good communication, with reminder call/text the day before about the upcoming appointment, as well as a text that day to let me know the technicians were on the way. Both technicians were efficient and polite. They worked quickly and cleanly to get the job done. I reached out to Mighty Ducks to initially just get a bid because of what they call ghosting and knowing my boiler was extremely dirty. After speaking with the front desk about the issues they got me into one of the first appointments they would have for Laramie. Both guys who came in Josh and Allen were incredibly professional. Walked through the house with me and let me show them the issues. When they got to the boiler they recognized the issue right away - extreme build up of carbon in the boiler and around it. It had not been cleaned since, likely before the landlord bought the property four years ago. This failure to clean and keep the boiler in good repair led to black on my walls (stained) and my husband and I being sick now than normal. The crew from Mighty Ducks came out cleaned the entire system and then took pictures so both myself and the landlord could see how bad the damage was. What cost is just over $200 for cleaning could have cost closer to $5000 if the boiler had had to be replaced. Thank you Mighty Ducks. You will always have my business

I was worried I had a wounded kitten trapped in my ductwork, so I messaged them at 1130pm hoping to get an early morning response. I was not disappointed. They called as soon as their shop opened at 730am and were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They managed to fit me in at 200pm that day which was fine with me. And then, they actually showed up a couple hours early which worked out great for me and for them. They didnt find a kitten, so we are guessing it found its way out during the night. And now my dryer duct is all cleaned out! And they even installed a new duct termination fitting to replace the one that I destroyed trying to rescue the kitten in the dark of the night! The folks at Mighty Ducts are rock stars, one and all!

I was diagnosed with multiple health problems and I was sick for 4 months. I went to the drs 6 different times with different viruses going on. We called Mighty ducts to clean our ducts and vents and they suggested to install a uv light to help kill more germs and bacteria. They informed me of discount coupons that saved me about $100 off the cost of the job. We hadn’t had our heating ducts cleaned since we built the house in 1997! When we decided maybe we should do that, we contacted Mighty Ducts through their web site Mightyducts.net, and they arranged an appointment for the very next day. The crew was friendly and efficient, especially given the state our ducts were in. It took close to three hours. They took a credit card for payment as well. All in all, we’re very pleased with the service.
