She immediately asked me to come to her office which I did. She and her mother Darlene L. Kittredge are two wonderful people and professional accountants that made me feel comfortable with my taxes. Kari never say I have no time to meet with you even during the tax season. Their office staff are also very warm and courteous. thank you both for your services.

The expectations set were not met. Our taxes are not overly complicated. We own a house, my husband goes to school and we have a few stocks. The tax preparation that should have cost around $250 Kittredge & Zehner charged us $423. We were told over the phone that the tax preparation would cost what normal tax prep costs (between $150 and $250) and were not told about a meeting fee (which we were charged). We feel we were taken advantage of and would not recommend this firm to anyone.
