They give you good service when they want to sell car or wants to finish their target, we bought one car on march 21 they were very nice and we are planning to buy second car recently, after requesting quare for multiple times they have not given any proper answer and has shown attitude that they are super busy . We have tried at multiple times. I have all call records how many times we have follow up but didnt get any proper answer. Definitely wont recommend this place for Nissan to anyone .........

They have the worst service department that I have ever experienced. When they were Bob Rohman, they were great. Now that has changed. I got my car back with chew spit all over the rear door, window, and even splattered all over the inside rear door. I recommend going anywhere else... I ended up having to take my car back because the issue was not fixed and this time, they out did themselves. They were great and it was a huge difference from the first visit. Sam did a great job with everything.

It felt a bit time consuming, but it was fine overall. Two and a half hours passed from when I decided to purchase the car to the time I left. That just seemed excessive when the dealership wasnt busy and I didnt require any financing.Tyree was nice and made sure to find answers to any of my questions. I believe Tyree actually needed to leave early the day I came in, but he stayed behind as long as he could to make sure I received the help I needed, which I greatly appreciate. He also made it clear on multiple occasions that I could reach out to him with any questions.

Very amazed by this car dealership. I first arrived at Bosak Nissan with a failed CVT transmission. From the moment I walked in the people at the service desk were extremely friendly and attentive to my stressful (and pricey) situation. What I found exceptional about the place is the employees are genuinely pleasant— I cannot emphasize this enough. From the service desk, to the mechanic, the payment desk to the mechanic who made sure to polish my tires when I left: everyone was lovely.Regarding communication: there was excellent communication & Bosak kept me updated throughout the time my vehicles trans was being replaced. They called Nissan and was in contact with them to streamline the replacement within warranty, washed and polished my car for me, and they even had a really nice waiting area. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Allen Long patiently assisted me with my purchase of a 2021 Nissan Versa S CT. Bosaks staff is exceptionally talented and courteous. Each and every question I asked was addressed and answered.

I made a 10:00 appointment on Monday 5/17 for an oil change on Saturday 5/22. I was told they were wide open. When I arrive there were 3-4 vehicles lined-up waiting for service. I mentioned to Jordan Y. that I had a 10:00 appointment, and he said I would get right in. Two hours later I finally checked- out. All the others customers that were before had already checked-out. So either all these customers had appointments or it was a first come first serve situation. It seems senseless to make an appointment if they service walk- ins the same as those with an appointment. Other than a long wait time, the service received by Bosak and Jordan Y. was exceptional. Jordan Y. was very pleasant to do business with and made sure I was kept informed. He also offered suggestions on filter changes. Very clean garage and waiting area.

Great service w/Sales and Finance Dept. Everything went smoothly and I was surprised that it didnt take forever to sign and drive. I was prepared for 3-5 hours of questions and slow computers. Stole my title fee! Sketchy communication!I bought a car from this establishment June of 2020. I paid $175 for title and transfer of my old vehicle to my new one. It has been over a year and I still do not have the registration to my new vehicle. I have had nothing but sketchy communication with them; having my calls dodged as well as being hung up on. Illinois residents, I would not recommend buying from here.

We drove from the Chicago suburbs to Bosak Nissan for a car only they had and the experience could not have been better!! We did most of our work over the phone as to limit the time in the dealership so everything was quick and smooth once we got they. They have us prime dollar for our trade in and where open and honest about everything. It was amazing. Would go back in a heartbeat for our next car!

Once the sale was done, the desire to take care of the customer dropped considerably.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Due to COVID19 the process of buying a vehicle certainly changed. Since I was looking online for cars, I opened my search to the entire Midwest (I live in central WI) and I found what I was looking for at a price I could handle at Bosak in IN. While I don’t think buying a car entirely online is ideal, they handled it about as well as could be expected and delivered the vehicle for a very reasonable cost. Response and service were very good though, and all of my expectations were met - both from the service and the vehicle itself. Other than the geographical distance between us, there is certainly nothing else that would steer me away from working with them again in the future.And No Unsightly Bosak Advertising Stickers on the rear of the vehicle! Just a Bosak license plate surround. Thank you for that!

Dealership offered a complimentary multipoint inspection and identified a couple other items that needed to be addressed. They were informative and didnt pressure me to do anything I wasnt comfortable with. I decided to address 1 of the 3 items. The other 2 were lower priority that I will get done after the new year.

Took my mom here last night to look at a car I found online over the weekend. Camarin was the sales agent who assisted us. I was straight forward with her about my car buying standards and she was straight forward with me. We came to an agreement after the test drive and drove the new vehicle home!
