Donna in the office was so pleasant it was very refreshing to have a positive insurance experience

I have had Pat Hudson for over 10 years, and loved them. Until recently when it came time to make some changes to my policy, add some life changes, vehicles, houses, husband etc, and that is when this office began to cause so many problems for me. It was to the point I almost left state farm altogether. To many changes in office personnel, no one there cares about the customer anymore.
