I was Pro Motions Tour Manager for a Promotional Tour Campaign in 2018. The project was for a well known Technology company. I wasnt expecting to work with such a caring and growth-oriented agency, but I did! From a Tour Managers perspective, Pro Motion made my job as easy as possible, and it was apparent that the client had the same feelings on their end. They were always available anytime I needed them and always accommodated.The people in charge of Pro Motion have a passion for the Experiential Marketing industry that is rare to find these days. With over 24 years of success in this business, youd expect a companys senior staff would be on their high horse, but that is precisely the opposite with Pro Motion. Everyone Ive dealt with in this company has been easy to reach out to and connect with. They are some of the most humble, warmest, sharpest, and most wholesome people Ive ever met, and Ive met a lot of folks!Overall, my experience with Pro Motion was wonderful. The sense of comfort they gave the client and me during stressful times were the moments Ill never forget. They never left me out to dry and put me in a just figure it out on your own mode as some other agencies would. The amount of care they have for each project, and the people involved is astounding. Pro Motion is my hands down choice for a company to work with. The staff and owner are very hands on and professional, yet still make you feel like family as apposed to a number. I absolutely can not say enough good things about Pro Motion!

TOUR MANAGERS BEWARE!!TSC Tour- I am here to warn future tour managers about the TSC tour. As one of the worst gigs I have worked with I feel I need to share. you will only receive 1-2 full days off a month at most. expect to work grueling hours. they will say they will hire BAs to assist. but that rarely happens. They will also try and find ways to take your bonus away. whether its through firing you or telling you that you dont deserve the full amount or even just hold it over your head while they try to manipulate you into going above and beyond.I also feel the need to note that The BA Company that ProMotion uses is owned by one of the secretaries and her sister. but yet they can rarely find BAs to help.Add this company to your blacklist, I know that I, and many other tour managers over the past few years will never return to work for ProMotion.The Owner owns a Psychology Degree (Congrats?) and will try to manipulate. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
