I spoke with Tammy and we agreed upon the price and time of 2 people for 2hrs from 11am-1pm. They called around 10am and wanted to come earlier. Unfortunately that wasn’t the time of our appointment and wasn’t able to take off work to accommodate. But was able to be there at our agreed upon time. They showed up after 12:00. One of the workers had to leave at 1:00 and the other girl finished at 2:45pm. They did a great job and that’s why we tipped them over 25%. My disappointment is the fact that they didn’t take into consideration our time. We agreed upon 2 workers for 2 hours so that we could get back to our job but instead had to take off additional time from work. Again they did a great job but I don’t think that is a very professional way of running a company. I will not recommend them because when I brought it to Tammy & David’s attention they said too bad we did the job. In other words they really don’t care about the customer just getting paid. I sure hope David treats his employees with more respect than his customers.

We have been using Trusty Maid service for over 20 years. What I really like about them is I have had the same two people come to clean for over 15 years. You dont constantly get new people showing up at your house, so they know what we need and want in the cleaning job. I have never had them miss a date. Their employees are extremely nice and easy to work with. They do a great job, and dont mind cleaning our house with four cats running around. They bring all of their own supplies, and rarely raise their rates charged. We completely trust their employees Sue and Michelle so much that many times we leave the house before they are done cleaning, and ask them to lock up the house for us. Before Trusty Maid we had tried two other people with too much drama, terrible cleaning job, or they would always miss. I would highly recommend Trusty Maid if you are looking for someone to clean your house well that is dependable and insured.

Ive had the company for a few years with pretty much the same team. Recently they have switched girls on me multiple times. My last team was horrible. They were 90 minutes late with no phone call, were dressed unprofessional and smelled like marijuana. They took about 2.5 hours to clean my 1200 square foot home and I assumed they did a good job because they were there so long. I was wrong, the house looked like it did when they came. Floors were streaky and the shower was still dirty. I was very disappointed. Ill give them another try but if this happens again I will cancel and try another company.

I have used the team of Michelle and Sue at Trusty Maids for years, and I am beyond satisfied with their work...so much so that my parents and my friends use them too. They are dedicated, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.
