Impressively service-oriented. I called about a survey they conducted in 2014. I had acquired the property in 2018, so I wasnt even the purchaser of the survey. The surveyor took time to pull up my propertys records, and even look through some maps on his computer to answer my questions.

We have had difficulties in their professional work and in their communication. A title survey had to be amended twice due to errors. For example, encroachments were flagged incorrectly and an iron rod that was placed by THD was marked on the survey as lying at the corner of the lot when in fact it was offset by 5. We spotted these errors, and when we emailed about them and asked for a call back we were often ignored. When we did get individuals on the phone, they were polite and helpful, but progress was incremental; it took many interactions to straighten everything out. At the closing, we asked and received a clause from the title company that they would cover us for any remaining errors in the survey. After paying for a topographic survey they made us sign a release before giving us an electronic version, stating that any errors in the electronic version were not their fault.
